Where of course nobody is the wiser huh? Like wow, so much trouble to cart them up those escalators why bother? Maybe they should just have a small part allocated at the back end of the train for corpses. Ya know, charge extra for those who want to sit next to the dead. Sort of like first class actually since you're not going to be bothered, robbed, raped, or murdered by them.

Considering the amount of people traveling the subways daily it must happen a lot. Every day 4.3 million people use the NYC subway or 1 billion a year go through the turnstiles. What choice do they have?

As a student driving city buses in the capital. I sometimes had my break in shared lunch rooms with MTA workers deep down in the subway bedrock.
Never saw any corpses there, lol. But my bus colleagues used to move down a few ppl each year on the streets.
I think I ran over a pigeon once.
