So, does think mean they think Biden is senile?
Dozens of House Democrats want Biden to give up sole authority to launch nuclear weapons
    Excerpt:
About three dozen House Democrats have signed a letter asking President Biden to renounce his sole authority to launch nuclear weapons, according to reports.

A promise from the president to give up his nuclear capabilities as commander in chief could take the same power away from future presidents.

"Vesting one person with this authority entails real risks," the letter from Rep. Jimmy Panetta, D-Calif., and obtained by Politico reads. "Past presidents have threatened to attack other countries with nuclear weapons or exhibited behavior that caused other officials to express concern about the president’s judgment."

[I would have added an lol, but actually it's not funny.]

Hannity reacts to Dems' letter pressuring Biden to give up nuclear authority: 'Must be totally humiliating'

    Excerpts

In his "Hannity" monologue, Hannity called the effort "totally humiliating" for Biden, whose cognitive ability was regularly called into question during the 2020 presidential campaign.

A letter signed by three dozen House Democrats reportedly asks the 78-year-old Biden to renounce his sole authority to launch nuclear weapons.

"Must be totally humiliating for Joe Biden," Hannity said.

"They didn't propose this even when Donald Trump was president -- and they all hated Donald Trump," Hannity said.

I think this is a power grab by congress as it will affect subsequent presidents, if they get hold of this power they will not let it go...The balance of power between the three branches of government has been and is certainly being tested...

Hannity contends that the proposal is unconstitutional.

"Now, first of all, it's unconstitutional. That's first of all. There is one commander-in-chief. It is not the U.S. Congress. There is zero constitutional ambiguity here."

I agree with that assessment, on the flip side, I think presidential executive orders has been grossly abused by all recent presidents...It should be used only in emergency situations in my opinion, the Legislative branch passes laws not the Executive branch...

I think it is clear that the demonstrations beginning last May were carefully organized ahead of time, and the death of George Floyd was selected opportunistically as the triggering event. That campaign has probably been very successful on its own terms, leaving little appetite for more. This person also does not fit within the demographic whose interests the BLM protest movement were intended to advance. In as much as it was a protest against police violence, it was police violence against black people in particular, not police violence in general.

I agree, and another scary thought. Under Congressional law, we would expect that if the Congress was the second person on the trigger, and Biden was not on the other end, then it would be Harris. Oh lord.

Yes, that's wrong and hurtful. She's new, and opposes athletes competing with women under the new acts of Biden, and she has obviously stepped both over it and in it. My sister, who is my only family left, is a born-again. When she heard that I marched in the Gay Parade here to support my daughter, with my wife alongside me, she said I would burn in hell and no longer speaks to me. Well, to be fair, they put a picture of the three of us on the front page of two magazines. So, there seems to be a bit of anger going around lately.

Possibly somebody told him the Syrians were Republicans. Or maybe he doesn't remember
that he bombed them. We can't blame sleepy Joe for everything - save room for the
    Democratic Socialist Congress.
