As Above So Below
In a late morning meditation I went to the familiar desert ‘oasis’ and I found myself standing in the mist of the desert dunes when a gust of wind supplied the left side of my body with a fair amount of blowing sand...
I reached out with my left hand and gently plucking a single grain of sand from its path in the wind, from there gazing upon it momentarily long enough to find myself standing upon the ruins of a seemingly once thriving planet...
The ruins before me suggest some sort of devastating nuclear type destruction, a total ruin of the landscape around me, then I suddenly hear weapons fire from above, looking up to see a large orbiting station of some sort, I wanted a closer look...
Immediately I was outside this massive weapons platform, it had huge weapons launchers, portholes, with what looked like living or controlling units scattered across its backside or planet-side...I move and go into one of the units to see these strange tall looking alien creatures...
They have a narrow bird like face and tall feathers or adornments around the side and back of their heads...Most of the body is covered by a long gown except their chest which hung from their thin necks a medallion on their chest of some sort...They also had very long fingers, bony fingers...
They took no notice of me as I watched them focused intently on their battle, I see many many targets on this holographic screen that is large enough for everyone in the room to see...You can see the planet below us, every orbital station, and there were also many of them, and you could see every space vessel around the planet...There’s a planet wide orbital battle going on...
These aliens didn’t speak out to one another but I could hear them talking to each other...It was in a language I didn’t understand but I moved from that room to explore more of the orbital station I was in...
The hallways and rooms were very large, but these were tall creatures about 10 feet tall maybe more, thin in appearance, all dressed the similar way but their medallions on their chest were different for some like they were representing classes or jobs I guess...
I also saw some smaller creatures when I went into other places in the facility, they were about four foot tall and were like the workers doing what the tall aliens told them to do...They took no notice of me either as I went into a room where I found there were seven tables and strapped down on those tables were four women and three men, they were humans, completely naked and unconscious...No one else was in the room and it was semi dark in there with dimmed lighting around and various instruments and tools around...The people were breathing when I went by them like they were asleep or drugged asleep...
Suddenly the entire station shook really hard, everything was thrown around the room, I thought of that control center I saw earlier and was there instantly...I saw on the big holographic map large ships around us, and many of them just now moving in...
Again suddenly the entire structure shook hard, it didn’t stop, I glanced briefly to see on the map many ships launching weapons about the same time...Explosions started everywhere, the aliens started running out of the room as if it would do them any good...
There was again a massive explosion, so much so I arose out of my meditative state, I guess it was a major distraction for me being in that explosion, it must have taken out the entire station…
I also wanted to say about the map that the first time I saw the planet I saw what looked like bubbles of cities spread out across the planet...It looked like it was the last livable areas bubbled up from the rest of the surrounding destruction around them...

Never recall visiting any alien world on my astral experiences.
No oasis's either.
I do recall one where I travelled many galaxies away for some very important meeting with other beings. No memory of what it was about or of the others.
Gut feeling is they were energy beings.

i have a fertile imagination. i've not as of yet 'astral travelled'. once however my wife told me, we were sleeping, she saw me arise and glide out of the room, yet when she looked i was still beside her in bed sleeping. she said she saw a triangular shimmering light. when she become concerned, she said i 'floated' back and entered my body. stuff happens eh.

I was visiting a friend many years ago and spent the night asleep in his guest room and during the night I woke to see a bluish simmering orb moving about...The door to my room was left open and I saw the orb move past my doorway a number of times, and it came into my room, through the walls back a forth across my room a few times, as I laid in bed still, I didn't sit up, just my head...Then the orb stopped beside my bed and expanded into the form and appearance of my friend, he proceeded to look right at my eyes and smiled...Moments later he returned to his orb shape and size and left the room...
