There's a thread with this posted somewhere, I think they calculated the percentage of ufo sightings per state against a selected number of years to determine the 'odds'...

I don't agree with the statement about Wyoming. The Florida thing has to be wrong because there's been tones of sightings in that states especially with Gulf Breeze.
