The issue That conflicts me with some of those pictures, is, I do realize they are artistic renders, Psychologically though, They strongly indicate a Friendly or peaceful emotive set coming from these beings. This in fairness, contradicts every study I've read about the Greys being these Emotionless beings, And from a study aspect, Why would I suspect a grey to express human-like emotion? It honestly doesn't make sense that they would, or even could. However, I'm not picking on these sources here, I'm only saying, The Message behind the pictures seems to be, "Look at these peaceful, Loving happy beings" It seems like the subcontext behind these images are, These wonderfully enlightened beings, ~~That also happen to abduct us and subject us to trauma.

Like a lot of people, I'm open to the possibility of extraterrestrial life, Personally, I find the Greys fascinating. But, I've read a lot of cases about the purported beings involved in abduction scenarios. I can't say I believe specifically in any of the reported beings that populate modern pop culture.
If you can remember back that far in the 1950s It was little green men, Then later it was human-looking individuals from venus and the Pleiades, The little men that do the abducting seem to keep changing over the decades, but the abductions seem to have a lot of commonalities between them.
I believe something, Some group of beings possibly extraterrestrial have been abducting people for some time, It's a phenomenon, some people offer the answer that it's the greys and reptilians that are responsible, however, I think any extraterrestrial with technology that allows them to travel so far, could appear to us, As anything they wanted us to perceive. I think it's possible that the Greys, The reptilians, the mantis-like beings, Heck, even bigfoot, could just be ways that they choose to allow us to see them.
As I read abduction reports, and account that in many cases people's memories are altered, sometimes false memories are implanted, That seems to explain the missing time aspect of abductions scenarios, I believe these beings are fascinated with our minds,That there is a psychological, aspect to the fear and sometimes pain they inflict upon their subjects, I believe they can easily deceive our senses weather they are using formal psychology, advanced technology or even drugs to do so. So, One person sees a reptilian, Another person sees a grey, Another person sees a ghost.
I think it's all connected.
