Not sure where to place this. I can't make out what he's saying. "It's bea___ juice"

What is it, can you make it out? Beet juice? Is it beet juice to lower blood pressure?

I know watermelon is supposed to be one such organic alternative. The only thing I've used is Tribulus, which does increase testosterone levels from my experience and works to some degree. But that is coming from a different angle than reducing blood pressure.

They say Beetroot boiled is good but not the canned stuff though.

    Beetroot and blood pressure
Research involving 68 people with hypertension showed that drinking a glass (250ml) of beetroot juice every day can lower a high blood pressure by, on average, 7.7/5.2 mmHg, within four weeks.

Okay, according this reviewer's site it includes tribulus as well, but only a small amount.

He doesn't recommend it, and says to get something else (he's affiliated with probably, but who knows).

Organic Viagra would be Yerba Mate. Used to know an old breed Marine who would swear by the shit.
