Physical Fitness What exercise did you did today?

    Monday, April 9th
    Kchoo Did 2 miles jogging on treadmill, 4 pull-ups, 7 monkey bars.
    Not bad for a guy over 50. I will take that!

    I went up of bed and walked 2 kms to a hardware store ,,, still recoverinh from my epic failure the other day

    I walk an average of 12 miles a day almost every day and spread out throughout the day and hike with my dog almost every evening...

    Ideally..

    Winter schedule - BodyBeast (lifting) program
    Summer schedule - tennis.

    Reality is only apply 1/3 of the program (takes 3 months, I do in 9 months).
    Tennis play in rec league only every other year and I'm not good at it, though I really like it.

    I figured out 2 workout programs using a weight vest and pushups (jumping and doing a push up routine). Efficient and quick. Or running for cardio.

    They are called "burpees" (I didn't name them).

    I have a weight vest about 5-10 lbs that adds to the resistance and wear for when running or any workout. It can be demanding on your knees/legs, if not careful. I would do at least 5lbs (3kg), but not overboard. If you have knee issues, I would stay away. I don't have back/knee issues.

    People customize all kinds of variations. I found that this type of workout is most efficient in short time.

    Burpees... I know what they are... grueling... but I am sure they are worth it. I will work on those without the vest... will hopefully make the nody as firm as my arms and legs.

    40 kms MTB + 1 hr sunbathing semi nude on some rocks by the ocean.. Summer is here.. I cancelled spring ,, lol

    1609.3 meters is a mile...I'm on my 14th mile now, over 22,500 meters...

    40 km MTB b0007 + 2 hrs at the beach b0013 ( not in the water yet, too cold still )

    Slowly gettinh more strength in mi legs,, pushing harder upphill

    On Sunday, I Walked in between a full body circuit, monkey bars, dips, and rope climbing. Back of my legs are sore from leg curls... other than that feeling good.

    Too many social plans the rest of the week, so will eat healthy foods so I can hit it again asap.

    Will do sit ups and pushups and a few burpees in the mean time.
