I dug up my vegetable patch ready for winter.
Thats .. very disturbing.. even to me.
They will be the first to go
Where will they go?...
How about this one?...
I put new batteries in my digital bathroom scale and gained 2 pounds instantly
This Month I lost the 5 lbs I gained last month.
Next month I plan to lose a few more lbs.
Adding more veggies, and fruit, to help avoid the ugly calories.
Did well athe gym Saturday, on circuit training, and jogging on the treadmill.. after a good 10 days away from the gym, doing Exercises when I had a few minutes every day helped.
Burpees are awesome for the body. I plan to make them a regular part of my fitness routine.
Chop wood and unloaded a garage rafters of tons of stuff.....the dust, mice nests dried mouse and coon shit and all the nasties that go with it....
Burpees, push-ups, sit-ups, side crunches, and inclined 50 degree push-ups, planning on working up to hand stands and eventually learning to flag.
Here's the thing I used the tv to play the Beast Body workout to lift at home, but the tv broke about 2 weeks ago. I ordered a part to fix it myself even, but that failed. Now I'm going to try one more time to fix it. If that fails, buy new one.
I can go and run of course, it's been so cold here recently, we had snow about 2 weeks ago in nyc area. And it was freezing the other day. I go run in cold I spit a lot for some reason. It's horrible.
Burpees are the last resort in garage. April is my "off" month anyway, 5 months ON lifting, 1 month off, 5 months tennis and aero workout, 1 month off..
I am at 191 and need to weight 180-185 lbs for optimal for my height (1.82m) and age, middle aged now.
btw going without a tv sucks. I like dvr'ing stuff and managing watching some shows. I've been listening to C2C and Polish radio programs online.. and as you can tell spent a lot of time HERE past month lol
Its been cold and raining.. my bike sits comfortably on my balcony under shelter.. resting
While I getting fatter and dumber..
Yes, Brain needs physical exercise too you know
So iF I post dank comments its ^/ why
Yes brains need physical exercise, no doubt about that, my bike sits comfortably in my workshop since its been so warm and sunny all week I've taken my dog hiking daily now...Also since I don't work for that other company any longer I don't walk as much daily as I used to but still get about 6 miles a day normal walking not counting the hikes in the forest with my canine friend...
4.5 miles on treadmill in one Hour mostly joggining and some walking.
8 slow monkey bars
8 slow pull ups,
12 quick dips,
6 slow dips
2 30 second arm hangs
.5 mile jog walk cool down.
I bought new running shoes. I wore the old ones out completely.
Then walked 14000 steps which is about 10+ kilometers.. To run them in without actually having to run, lol
Maybe some biking later today
Thars awesome. Some interval training. Sounds like me in 2010. I was rather untrained and me mind was a mess.
I was struggling with my finals to get my uni. Degree.. Started on the treadmill and .. it was like heavy fogg cleared from my mind.
I could think again and later left school with a diploma in my hand
Later in 2011, Bought my Scott Scale 29" mtb.. Best investment ever.
Again i did nothing, I was mostly driving today.
What happened to your Degree ?
