Was out walking my dog in town, we walked past the local gym, he started barking at the guy in the window weight lifting lol...

I do not think the human body was intended to run distances as much as walk .7 km with trainers on, 3 km barefoot..( experiment )
Going barefoot is a huge difference in how the body moves
Then putting my high tech dampened trainers on again, almost made me laugh of joy..
It felt like walking on soft cushioned springs. Less energy lost in every step taken.

2 miles in 25 minutes jogging.
Full body curcuit with one set of reps to failure,
1 mile intervals walk .10 run .10
