    Cuz its not very far you know..:D

    I would take you for a walk any time.
    you just need good trainers on your feet.

    When u got tired. I would push you forward.

    1 mile walk.
    8 Monkey bars,
    2 miles of intervals .10 running .10 walking.

    7 km with trainers on, 3 km barefoot..( experiment )

    Going barefoot is a huge difference in how the body moves

    Then putting my high tech dampened trainers on again, almost made me laugh of joy..
    It felt like walking on soft cushioned springs. Less energy lost in every step taken.

    I do not think the human body was intended to run distances as much as walk .

    I couldnt agree more, lol During my walks I often meet joggers and runners that look like they are in hell and tormenting themselves to continue

    If they need cardio or weightloss, use a bike.. and do it comfortably in the same time.

    Biking today, normal round.. have gotten better stamina now so its getting much easier and little bit faster each time..

    Managed to attract a tiny bloodsucking tick, while resting on the sand at the beach.. I hate them.

    All my clothes went into the washing machine at 60 ° C prog.

    2 miles in 25 minutes jogging.
    Full body curcuit with one set of reps to failure,
    1 mile intervals walk .10 run .10

    @nivek I'm having great problems reading this thread.above ^^ animation is a bit oversized lol at 30 some MB.

    Well, Today an articulated city bus almost caused a oncoming car crash when overtaking me on a narrow bending uphill stretch of road..

    I'm starting to stand up and pedal upphills. Gives me much more power and I can use higher gears..

    Should You Sit or Stand When Riding Uphill?

    1.5 miles at 12 minutes per mile
    13 reps of 2-3 pull-ups between rests. 9 monkey bars.

    Full spead ahead today.. Using Top Gear as much as possible...

    Was attacked by nesting sea birds at the beach, diving down like japanese WW II zer:eek:s ,while tanning 30 mins midway,, I was too close to their eggs. No buses ramming me either...

    I can REALLY feel that I've got more power in my body... But speeding along at 30 km/h some other dude on a racer
    Swooshed past me at prob 40+ lol
