poem for my approach to existence

god has failed
for my life to be how it is, there is no god

he would never let disappointment exist

i am astranged. i do not desire to operate by the rules, there shouldn't be laws

god has failed

Reply Poem.

When things go wrong people Blame God.
When things go Right people don't Believe in God.
But blaming someone's self for the things they do?
People can't do that because the can't pout boo hoo hoo.

these manifestations aren't right
he is here or he isn't
he's ultimate or he isn't
i know where i went wrong.
i'm going along to his fiddle, thinking i had one of my own
but it's clear i doen

I meant to post in this thread rather than the other. I'm doing like ten different things. The poem was meant to be funny. Anyone with any opinion is welcome here At AE, :) I just like to write quite a bit myself :)

you'd see where i'm coming from when you realize all your desires, your manifestation, is from a higher force.

so i'm trying to increase my manifestation, as it's all from the big unlimited force.

it's about staying on my path of desire/manifestation.

but it just isn't good enough. but there's always hope.

sometimes my manifestation is good.
i'm going to keep working on it until everything i desire has been manifested. which i am partly doing by writing this and getting my beliefs out there. it's a part of my manifestation path. it feels good to share my knowledge

The question of Existence has many answers some are philosophical. Others are more tangible, Consider what we know of Life. Then Really Question Existence, The answers to the meaning of life aren't really as simple as a religious belief, And I'm one of those people who believe in God, And I can tell you, The meaning of life is an opportunity If it's anything. It's a chance. A possibility, to make choices to choose to experience things. To love to hate positive or negative. it's a chance to experience. The meaning of life is something every person gets to decide for themselves.

What is most important to you? You get to decide that. Do you believe in God? don't you? You get to choose that. Do you love people? hate people? you get to choose that. It is an opportunity. And you get to decide what to do with it. What it's value is. how it affects others.

what is @August's views on god
August Is a long time friend. I respect her opinions on everything. what opinions she does have that I disagree with. I respect that he has those opinions. outside of this. That sounds like a question for her honestly.

My belief is this...
God with a book standing at the pearly gates saying you come in, sorry mate you don't is a construct. A security blanket created by humanity to make sense of life. And a belief cleverly exploited by the church to maintain control of the masses. As an omnipotent entity, he does not exist.
However
When we die, we go back to the whole, a collective conciseness that is everything at once. Reality of the Universe if you like. So when a Cristian has an epiphany and says that they have felt the presence of God, it is absolutely a real experience. Only their beliefs interpret that experience as God. But it is the same reality that a Buddhist interprets as enlightenment because if their beliefs.
So for me, the notion that GOD has let you down makes no sense. Because the universe does not have a will, or an intent. It is just reality, with all the rules that go with it. I do however believe in Karma, and that it has an effect on your place in that reality.

My thoughts on existence...

Gods not real, not like you believe,
The thought of the church makes me just want to heave,
They control your life for their personal gain,
With the sole intent, your free will to drain.

On your death, it is clear you will know whats real,
Counting good versus bad, with no room to appeal,
No forgiveness, no blame, no redemption awaits,
No man with a book at the pearly gates.

So take charge of your life, don't blame someone else,
The person in charge of your future's yourself,
You might laugh, might get sick, you might die of old age,
But don't let the controllers make you live in a cage.

Enjoy what you have, don't regret what you don't.
Don't hope that the church will give you choice, cos it wont.
So take charge of your world, though you sometimes feel down,
Don't wait for the church cos they'll just let you drown.

Your future is yours to hate or embrace,
So much to learn if you don't close the gate,
Put a smile on your dial, face the world with a grin,
If you listen real close, the truth starts to sneak in.

I don't believe in Christianity. You said there's a higher consciousness and that is what god is if not more than just consciousness. Perhaps something even grander than that, if possible.

How do you not know this whole existence is not 'God's' intent for it to be exactly as it is.
Or did the laws form randomly? If consciousness can be so complicated to create personas, meaning a conscious force can experience pain at magma, joy at symphony, then it can have desires, then perhaps the construct we experience is exactly an intent want.

You know what, you might just be the first person in almost 30 years on forums and BBS' that I might set to ignore. :) That is pretty special.

Any human claiming to have the truth, a human being a dot of sand in an ocean, is rediculous. Although we can grasp a lot
