USAF father's young son abducted by greys and praying mantis being

I used to run into their bedroom most nights — screaming. Because I was constantly being visited by small Greys that sometimes used to float me all the way downstairs, but generally I remember them having me over their heads and I couldn’t move. I never could move during any of these occasions. They used to walk down the stairs with me over the top and bring me into the living room and put me on a table. And I used to sit with my legs draped over the table in front of an insectoid being.

I can tell you that thing had to be at least 8 to 10 feet. I was a child. That thing’s head would have hit the ceiling. The thing wasn’t standing up straight. Its legs were bent and it was sort of hunched over leaning towards me. The eyes I remember were huge and it just felt like they were looking right through me. I was glued to the face, the eyes — mostly the eyes. The eyes, they were black. They were huge, much biggerr than what is known for the size of the eyes for the Greys. They were huge. They were roundish and they kind of jutted out just like a bug.

Steve went through web images of UFO/abduction-related praying mantis sketches and pick out the one that was closest to the praying mantis being that came with small Greys to interact with him as a young child. But Steve thought the praying mantis being in his house had more than two arms.
It was night time. It had more than two arms. I was terrified! It was like I was sitting in front of it and it was almost like a wave, like a break in the air that came from its head or its eyes into my body and all that I felt was pure unadulterated fear. And it seemed to almost like want to draw off that fear somehow. It felt like it was putting the fear in, but taking something out of me that was very terrifying.

According to many abductees the mantis people are the top dogs, superior to all other races. Most people describe encountering them as a warm and loving experience, however, some abductees tell of what may be a darker, more sinister agenda in which human souls are harvested or "collected":

A terrestrial mantis have four legs & two arms. I've noticed that they seem to be psychic. I remember seeing a mantid on a plant on a table in the backyard. I thought it was strange it wasn't moving then realized it didn't have a head. The females decapitate the males after mating. I presume that's done to give his territory to the offspring.

Usually female insects eat the puny males after mating with them. Double entande procreating their species and getting a free meal.

I think comparing the mantis people to the praying mantis on earth is like comparing us to mice since we're mammals like they are. Saying the mantis women eat their males would be like saying humans live in little dark holes, eat garbage, and gnaw through wood with our teeth. Not very many human women have given birth to a litter of 4 0r 5 babies.

I would be very wary of a Mantis alien if they are anything like our terrestrial counterparts they may be very unemotional in what they they do. I see no reason that they would not operate the way our Mantis do the only difference is they have starships and ours do not , yet.

I remember feeling a pain in my leg and becoming alert. I guess I was sleeping and it woke me. It was weird because when I woke up my mind set was that I was in a hospital for some reason.

I found myself sitting on a small metal table with my legs stretched out in front of me. There was a needle with a tube attached to it in the "lap" part of my right leg. About six to eight inches above my knee. She was trying to insert this container into the tube but her hands were so weird and misshapen, that every time she tried, she would drop the tube and that caused the needle to raise up (move around) in my leg. It was really painful.

Her hands were gray and the fingers were really long. Almost as if she had the length of two fingers on each finger, I don't know if that makes sense but, it was as if she had a finger and then had another finger attached to that one for length on each digit. The ends of her fingers were shaped like a fingernail that had been filed to a point, but I couldn't see a fingernail it was just part of her finger. She just didn't have the dexterity with her hands like/that we do.

When she dropped it again I said, "Here let me do it." and I tried to take it from her. She said, "No, that's my job."

That was when I looked up at her and saw a creature that looked very much like a preying mantis. She had a collar around her neck that looked like a doily. Kind of like this picture:

That was the sum total of her clothing. Just as I was about to lose it and start screaming, I felt a hand grip the back of my neck and I could no longer move. I did shift my eyes to the side and I could see it was a grey that had a hold of me.

When I awoke the next morning, I examined my leg and I did have a rather large red bump right where the needle had been inserted.

Shouldn't we be at least trying to stand up against these scum aliens that prey on humans? How is it alright to let these parasites live on us, for who knows how long? Can't rely on our governments though, because they're also parasites.

Curiously, one of the things I've read about the mantis people is that they are just as likely to be female as male.

The worker greys are probably asexual, maybe even cyborgs, but the tall greys (the real greys) are much more likely to be male. When female greys are present they are almost always in subservient roles to the males.

Maybe August is on to something when she talks about how the female mantis in nature eats the male after mating. The long evolution of such an extreme family life has ensured females are equal to males?

In the arachnid world female spiders especially are bigger more venomous and aggressive than the males and with the males, after timidly mating with the female, ending up as an afterthought meal in most cases I would say that that makes the female superior.

Are you disagreeing with the part about the mantis being the leaders?

I would disagree with all of it:
1. Praying Mantises have 6 appendages.
2. An intelligent life form would have evolved effective manipulators.
3. Yeah the mantis was just one of the team.
Why Aren't Insects Human-Size?
4. Insects have some practical size limit. It seems to be related to oxygen levels.
I'm not aware of any insects over one pound.

If the planet they lived on was the size of Jupiter or better and rich in oxygen, warmth, and food they may reach our size or more without any natural predators...

Giant Weta 71 grams. That's the heaviest.

You have a pet Weta to go with your pet Devils?

Is it house trained?

Is it an attack Weta (trained for home defense)???

Let's review the bidding here:
Largest insect ever at 31% oxygen, was probably less than one pound. Largest current is about 2 oz.

Even a 10x improvement isn't any bigger than a small dog.

A lobster with about the same construction (a crustacean) can get to 44 pounds (the largest on record). But it uses gills in each appendage (the parts that move breathe).

I have something more effective than a Weter for home defense.

1. She was not a Praying Mantis. Her entire head resembled a Praying Mantis.
2. She did not have six appendages because she was not an insect.
3. She was telepathic. I don't think that being telepathic automatically means you are intelligent.
4. I have no idea how much she weighed but it was definitely more than one pound.
She was a lot bigger than me and she had a face only a mother could love.
