I ask that all regardless of your walk chant this prayer. it will help your walk in your own faith. 101544804_4567179893292468_8094567937551106048_n.jpg
WE ARE ONE!
Our Sun is a second- or third-generation star. All of the rocky and metallic material we stand on, the iron in our blood, the calcium in our teeth, the carbon in our genes were produced billions of years ago in the interior of a red giant star. We are made of star-stuff.
Carl Sagan.
It is true that a first thoughtful glimpse of the immeasurable universe is liable rather to discourage us with a sense of our own insignificance. But astronomy is wholesome even in this, and helps to clear the way to a realization that as our bodies are an integral part of the great physical universe, so through them are manifested laws and forces that take rank with the highest manifestation of Cosmic Being.

Thus we come to see that if our bodies are made of star-stuff,—and there is nothing else, says the spectroscope, to make them of—the loftier qualities of our being are just as necessarily constituents of that universal substance out of which are made

“Whatever gods there be.”

We are made of universal and divine ingredients, and the study of the stars will not let us escape a wholesome and final knowledge of the fact.
Dr. William E. Barton 1918
Science shows us the truth! that we in our own way are part of the divine.

Kate has chosen her magic specialty. she has chosen Herbal magic a deep and inmate magic of the earth.
In terms of magical symbolism, plants embody the power of the four classical Wiccan Elements working together to create and sustain life. They begin as seeds in the soil of the Earth, where the minerals needed to sustain their life are found. They interact with the “fire” of sunlight, which makes the process of converting carbon dioxide into oxygen possible—a process that directly affects the quality of the air.

Air, in turn, fosters more plant life in the form of wind, which both stimulates the growth of stems and leaves, and scatters seeds in order to continue the cycle. And of course, all plants need some amount of water to live—even the hardy cactus. But they also play a crucial role in the regulation of the Earth’s water cycles by purifying water, and helping to move it from the soil to the atmosphere. Indeed, there is perhaps no better illustration for how the elements of Earth, Air, Water, and Fire come together than in the magical existence of plants. thus is the cycle of the Goddess made manifest.
Herbs are used in many forms of spell work, of course, from crystal and candle magic all the way through to bath spells. Smudging—the burning of dried herbs to purify and/or bless a space. It is a basic yet rewarding specialty.
She has also voiced a desire to learn Sexual magic. This is not the place to discuss such but I am cautioning her that she needs a loving dedicated partner for this to be of any use. After all one does not practice this form of magic with some one picked up in a bar.

a simple sprit cleanse!
What you need: Air: Sage incense Fire: A silver candle Earth: Sea salt Water: Chalice filled with water
I preform all rituals and ceremonies Skyclad as is pleasing to the Goddess! But you need not do so!
Draw your circle, then light the incense and the candle. Meditate for a few minutes while the sage fills the room. Each time you breathe out, relax a little more. The more relaxed you are, the better your energies flow, and the easier it is to release any unwanted negativity. When you feel calm and ready you may begin.
Hold your hands over the incense and say, “with air I cleanse myself.” Let the smoke twirl around your fingers for a few moments. Feel the cleansing properties of sage immerse you. Then hold your hands above the candle (at a safe distance) and say, “with fire I cleanse myself.” Visualize the flame burning away anything unwanted within you. Now take the sea salt and crumble it between your fingers, gently rubbing it on your hands, and say, “with earth I cleanse myself.” Then dip your hands in the water, again gently rubbing your hands, and say “with water I cleanse myself.” Sit in silence for a moment while you let the elements do their work.
Next release all negativity
The most effective way of releasing negative entities and energies (unless they are unusually powerful) is to firmly ask them to leave. Go inside yourself, become completely aware of your body, and say the following: “Any energy that no longer serves me, please leave now. Thank you for your presence. Now I am sending you home. To welcome you back when you are need” Say it with conviction, like a firm but loving parent. Keep repeating it, and pay attention to any feelings in your body. As you say these words, negativity will shed from you like the skin off a snake. If you’re sensitive you may be able to feel a pulling sensation or a feeling of suddenly becoming lighter.
Next is filling with positive energy
This step is vital: after releasing the negative energies you will have holes in your aura which must be filled with light. Otherwise other negative energy will easily latch on to you and you’ll have to start the process again. Visualize your crown (the top of your head) opening up, like a funnel going from the heavens into your body. This an opening of your crown chakra Visualize pulling down divine light that will fill every gap in your aura as you repeat the words: “I ask that my energy body is filled with pure healing light.” Repeat a few times, then thank the spirits and elements, and close your circle. During the rest of the day/evening, whenever it comes to mind, visualize your open crown and the light flowing into you.
Then meditate for an hour this music will assist you:
This Music will assist you.

Blessed be

I was asked do you worship the sun? The answer is NO. The sun is a giant ball of Hydrogen and Helium. The sun is not alive or a deity. Many ancient cultures honored the sun as significant, and the concept of sun worship is one nearly as old as mankind itself. In societies that were primarily agricultural, and depended on the sun for life and sustenance, it is no surprise that the sun became deified. In some Wiccan traditions, movement in the direction of the sun – or deosil – is associated with positive or gainful magic. Likewise, the opposite direction, widdershins, is connected to banishing or destructive magic.
At least for me, The Sun represents the vitality, energy and power of the Horned God. It brings the warmth we need to have life on this world.
The Moon represents the serenity, beauty and protection from the Goddess. It allows us to live a life protected from the darkness of night and brings tides to the ocean.
Those celestial bodies are not literally their forms, but representations of their persona. At least that's how I feel.
The sun represents that power. I worship the Goddess NOT a ball of gas or a lifeless ball of Rock.

happy Samhain
At the Samhain feast, it is not uncommon to set an extra place for your ancestors. Talk about your loved ones that have passed on, honor their memory, and offer them food. This is their night to join in on the festivities with you. At our table we serve the favorite dish of Bobs father. This year we will add a plate for my grandmother. We will share stories of their lives. We celebrate their lives. Bob places his fathers pipe and prince albert Tabaco on a table. I will place her knitting kit nearby. we will welcome them back we ask them to take a moment and join us again.
use this to call them BEWARE that you are talking to your loved one! there are beings that delight in tricking us.

preparing the altar:

Set up a table to leave in place for the three days prior to Samhain. Decorate the altar with symbols of late fall, such as:

• Skulls, skeletons, grave rubbings, ghosts (I use grave rubbings of Bobs father and my grandmother)
• Harvest food such as pumpkins, squash, root vegetables
• Nuts and berries, dark breads
• Dried leaves and acorns
• A cornucopia filled with an abundance of fruit and veggies
• Mulled cider, wine, or mead
Gather photographs, heirlooms and other mementos of deceased family, friends, or even pets. Arrange them on the altar , along with several votive candles. Light the candles in their memory; while you do so, speak their names out loud and express well wishes and thank them for being part of your life or lineage. Sit quietly and pay attention to what you experience. Note any messages you receive in your journal. This Ancestors Altar can be created just for Samhain or kept year-round.
Seven days before The holiday Place a white seven-day candle in the window to guide the dead to the Spirit World. Light the candle and speak these words, “O little flame that burns so bright, be a beacon on this night. Light the path for all the dead, that they may see now what’s ahead. And lead them to the Summerland and shine until Pan takes their hands. And with Your light, please bring them peace, that they may rest and sleep with ease.”
When the dead come do not fear them welcome them allow them in give them love and and peace.77f04c0ea6a8bd09761867aed8c1464b--witchcraft-magick.jpg

The shadow

The shadow knows!
What I love is on Halloween my home has the smell of prince Albert tobacco.
Last year I sealed the tabacco in a Ziploc and duct tape it. The smell fills the house anyway. My father's presence in the house is noticable. The kids are not frightened by it but take an opportunity to let him know that they are well and enjoying the holiday.

Celestial
Smells are powerful reminders of history. I have never liked the smell of new cars or houses, it smells cold and sterile. By contrast, the smell of an old car or house is quite lively with experience to me. I was rather upset when my mom gutted and renovated my grandmother's house. When I walk in the door I honestly don't recognize it. I know it is the same structure as before, but I feel like all the good spirits got evicted.

The shadow

A darkness within !

Feeling every pain and sadness as a vibration of energy around them, an empath is the person others often turn to when they need to release their burdens.

You look cool ,confident and grounded on the outside but on the inside, you can be feeling in turmoil , with a never ending struggle to quieten the mass of feelings overwhelming your mind and body .

Sometimes it is so overwhelming that it can actually make your physically ill !

The super speed of negative shifts of energy can flow out of no where and offer little time for you to prepare yourself .

As they hit you ,it can feel as if your being turned inside out and upside down , throwing you into a spiral of confusion and distress.

Unfortunately, it’s the negative energy that empaths feel the most.

The suffering, the heartache, weigh down on you far more than the good .

This society just wasn’t designed for people like you.

Your hearts only feeling are deep with great intensity; there is no middle ground.

It can be mentally and physically exhausting to live life in an almost constant state of heightened emotion, but you hold it together, somehow !

It can be a lonely existence as an empath even if you are surrounded by people, the mixing of energies can leave you feeling lost.

You become unsure of where you end and where others begin, and within this never ending struggle you try to sort out which feelings are really your own .

sadly, this feeling of isolation can drive you into the hands of people who seek to take advantage of you.

An empaths longing for an identity, and to be liked or loved for who you are, can see you fall into the traps set by manipulators and abusers.

They prey on sensitive people like you who want to feel that sense of belonging.

Empaths being the kind and loving soul that you are, do not see the dangers that lurk all around.

They are blind to all the warning signs and feelings !

Yet an empath can not resist the temptation to try and help others ,
it is your very nature to turn your attention to the ills and needs of those in trouble because you somehow feel that helping them will help yourself.

You don’t see the burden that this level of selflessness is putting on your life, or if you do, you resist the temptation to acknowledge it for fear of once again being forced to face your own demons.

You prefer to walk through the streets hunched with the weight of the world pressing down on you, rather than walk freely and see your own pain and hurt ahead of you.

This avoidance does you no good in the long run because sooner or later your heart and mind can't cope , which in turn makes you address the real issues .

By delaying the start, you simply dig a deeper pit into which you willingly throw yourself into to escape the outside world.

You withdraw from everything and cocoon yourself physically and emotionally so that you may dive deep within and tackle your underlying wounds.

Your agony during this time is great!
how could it be any less in a person who experiences emotions in such a deep and profound way?

Your heart is torn into a million tiny pieces trying to fathom out which are your own inner feelings and which are others .

When it comes to hearts , you aren’t always able to give yours fully to a loving partner, and this leaves you with some sadness and regret.

But to open up fully would mean to experience the sheer, unbridled intensity of love in its rawest form.
You just don’t know if you can handle such a powerful force, and you doubt whether a partner would be able to cope if you tried to let it all in.

So you shield yourself somewhat, never showing your entire hand, you hold something back to prevent potential future heartache from destroying you completely.

Yet you long for a time when you can embrace love in all its passion and force, because you know in your heart that this is what you truly want.

You shouldn’t let yourself be defeated by your powerful, yet challenging gift.

There is hope ! there is always hope !.

The dark side of an empaths life needn’t be this forever. You can, with some practice, and with the support of those who love you, learn to cope with the piercing severity of the emotions you experience.

Your pain and hurt can be eased, and you can learn to recognize which feelings are yours and which come from external energy sources.

There are ways to let others in without becoming overwhelmed by what you feel.

It comes through acceptance, effort, and the sheer will and determination not to let your prized gift become your lifelong prison.

Learning to ground properly is the first thing ,
There are many methods to do this and with a little trial and error you can find one which is perfect for you.

Centering and blocking are next on the list ,bringing in your own energy and creating a blok so neither it escapes nor others get in .

Shielding is also a must, like blocking its stops any other forces getting in but it also protects your aura of any debris flying about which may get stuck to you , which in time can cause havoc with your feelings .

But the most important thing to remember is
Never give up and never give in, when dealing with the dark side of being an empath❤

High Priestess
how to become a witch?

Hello Tim!

It simply begins with a desire to learn more about the craft!
Becoming a witch is more about cultivating a spiritual mindset and embracing the magick of the world, as opposed to doing and saying specific things.
YOU MUST come to learn and understand the three fold law. should you not do so you will not be allowed to join the circle.
Wicca is based on a belief of the Goddess at the center of all life and creation. Some versions of Wicca weigh goddesses and gods equally, as there is a general sense in Wicca to believe in duality or balance in the universe. There are no holy books or prophets or intermediaries. All who practice Wicca have direct access to the Goddess or the Divine, and the Divine lives in each person.

    • The Wiccan Rede, or creed, is the central tenet that most Wiccans follow, which is: “If You Harm None, Do What You Will.” This creed values the harmony with which one should live their life, and as long as your actions do not hurt others or infringe upon their ability to live their lives, then proceed as you will. The threefold rule is also central to Wiccan beliefs, which is the idea that whatever you do will come back to you threefold. This can happen in a positive or negative way. This is also referred to as Karma
    • Wiccans take responsibility for their own actions. This is the belief that you have sole responsibility for your words and actions. You alone determine how you act and react to outside forces, and making amends to those who you have treated poorly is the best approach to taking responsibility.
    • Harmony with nature is a key aspect, as is the sacredness of all life. Wiccans recognize that people live in partnership with the earth and rely on the earth’s bounty to survive. Nature and life occur in a cycle, and people are very much part of that. Related to this is the belief in reincarnation in some form. Things in nature keep returning, whether it is sea water that returns as clouds or clouds that return as rain, and so on. This also influences how Wiccans perceive death; death is also a part of the cycle of nature.
    • THIS IS IMPORTANT
    • Wicca is not anti-Christian, nor is it against any other religion. It is sometimes known as pre-Christian since many of its beliefs are rooted in pagan practices of honoring the earth, honoring life and creation, and honoring the Goddess. You also don’t need to dress or look a certain way or act a certain way to be a Wiccan. Wiccan followers may be people from all walks of life, and there is no official look or behavior that absolutely defines all Wiccans. I have benefited from the teaching s of Jesus and the Buddha a wise witch knows and applies teachings of those masters sent to guide us.
    • The best introduction to self-studying Wicca is to read and research about the religion. Some of the most influential books about Wicca include: “The Heart of Wicca” by Ellen Cannon Reed, “Wicca for a Solitary Practitioner,” by Scott Cunningham, and other titles. There are introductory and advanced texts about Wicca that will give you a solid understanding of the religion. I highly recommend "Drawing down the moon." by Margot Adler.
    • This ceremony will formalize your personal relationship with Wicca and share your devotion to your deities. There are a number of simple and complex ceremonies that you can use; many suggestions can be found online. One such ceremony is as follows:
    • Collect symbols that signify a balance of nature. These objects will represent fire, water, air, and earth. It is fine to use objects that are readily available, such as a candle for fire, a glass of water for water, and so on. In a circle around you, place the water in the west, earth in the north, the air in the east and fire in the south.
      • Walk or swing your arm around in a clockwise manner three times. Close the circle by reciting, “Thrice I cast this circle ’round, sacred is this holy ground.” This creates a space between you and the physical world in which to make your dedication.
      • Make a statement about why you want to follow Wicca. Attest that you will follow the Rede (“If You Harm None, Do What You Will.”). Open the circle back up by walking or waving your arm three times counterclockwise. Finally:

      • Join a coven after a year and a day of study. Most covens and other formal gatherings require that you have studied Wicca for a year and a day before you are considered knowledgeable or serious enough to join the group. Find a coven in your local community if one exists, and introduce yourself to the group. Some covens have closed membership and do not accept new members. Others are more open and welcome new members.
        • It is not necessary to join a coven to practice Wicca. Like any religion, Wicca can be an individual activity or it can be practiced in a group setting. You may not have an adequate community in your local area, or perhaps you have tried to be in a group setting and it hasn’t worked out. Practicing as a solitary Wiccan can be lonely, but it can also be liberating. You can remain as true to yourself as you allow yourself to be. A circle is a loose gathering of people who might only meet periodically, but they gain support from each other. A coven is a more formal gathering of people, and they are often closed to outsiders. They demand trust and respect, but can often be subject to personality clashes or egos. ( I know I have dealt with them!) The rest is your personal walk I can not guide you only you can. Good luck on your path. May the Goddess guide you . and since you are male I suggest to walk with Herne the hunter. go to the forest and meet with Herne the hunter become his son and do his bidding. You will find you are a leaf driven in the wind. but as stringing the bow gives it purpose so to will Herne give you purpose.

Upon arising light a candle speak these words. I burn some sage incense.
We decorate the house on the day after thanksgiving. My husband and our oldest boy go out and get the tree. this year our younger son will also go. The tree is always living. We will not see a tree die for our needs. After the holiday we take it and plant the tree in a small wooded area near our home there it will live and grow returning the Joy it gave to us to nature.
I also recommend keeping poinsettias and mistletoe away from pets and small children
I will outline each thing we must do to prepare for the holiday.

Your altar should be decorated in the colors of the season. You know what this means: reds, whites, greens, blues, silvers, whites, and yellows. Each color has a correspondence so if you are hoping for more passion in your life, decorate with a lot of reds. If you need enlightenment, more yellows or golds will do the trick. If you are seeking purification and starting over, then have a lot of whites on your altar or even around your home.

Also cover your altar with a cool-colored cloth. Be sensitive to shapes and have symbols that represent the sun like gold discs and yellow pillar candles. If you seek fertility, place reindeer’s antlers on your altar. And then there are the herbs and plants of the season like evergreens, mistletoes, sprigs of holly, pine cones, and Yule logs. Hanging a sprig of holly or a mistletoe in your home will bring good luck and protection.
Yule is a time of reflection and prayer. In your prayers, you should be grateful to the Earth and be thankful to the Goddess for the coming of the sun.

Just because it is cold around, it doesn't mean there's nothing going on down there in the soil. Use this as a time to reflect on what lies dormant in your own life right now and think of what you want to bloom in just a few months. And you do this through prayer.

Here’s a prayer you can say on the eve of Yule:

“This time of year,
It’s cold and dark,
the earth lies dormant,
awaiting the return of the sun,
The sun brings with it life.
Underneath the frozen surface,
A heartbeat waits,
Waiting for the right moment,
Waiting for spring.”
Note no God or Goddess is named if you are a Christian just add "in Jesus name we pray"
Be mindful of the faiths of others.
Blessed be
