Most are familiar with Millennials. Researchers and popular media use the early 1980s as starting birth years and the mid-1990s to early 2000s as ending birth years, with 1981 to 1996 being a widely accepted defining range for the generation. Most Millennials are the children of baby boomers.

But what comes after them?

Generation Z, colloquially also known as zoomers, is the demographic cohort succeeding Millennials. Researchers and media use the mid-to-late 1990s as starting birth years and the early 2010s as ending birth years. Most members of Generation Z are children of Generation X (the demographic cohort following the baby boomers and preceding the millennials).

and finally...

Generation Alpha (or Gen Alpha for short) is the demographic cohort succeeding Generation Z. Researchers and popular media use the early 2010s as starting birth years and the mid-2020s as ending birth years. Named after the first letter in the Greek alphabet, Generation Alpha is the first to be born entirely in the 21st century. Most members of Generation Alpha are the children of the Millennials.

Parallels between Lincoln and JFK:

Lincoln was first elected in 1860, Kennedy in 1960.

Both were assassinated on a Friday, in the presence of their wives.

Their successors were both southerners named Johnson who had served in the Senate.

Andrew Johnson was born in 1808, Lyndon Johnson in 1908.

Lincoln was elected to Congress in 1846, while Kennedy was elected to the House in 1946.

Both men suffered the death of children while in office.

The assassin Booth shot inside a theater and fled into a storage facility, while the assassin Oswald shot from a storage facility and fled into a theater.

This is an article from the Globe and mail in 2017

1983: No means no
A disturbing fact: Just 34 years ago, rape was considered to be an offense only outside of marriage. "Husbands could do with their wives as they wished: Women were deemed to be sexual property," said Backhouse, who holds the University Research Chair on Sexual Assault Legislation in Canada.

On Jan. 4, 1983, Bill C-127 came into effect and, for the first time, the Criminal Code made clear that spousal sexual assault was now a crime. Still, Backhouse argues, "There's a legacy here that we haven't been able to shed." In 2015, a survey from the Canadian Women's Foundation found that more than 10 per cent of Canadians still believe spouses do not need to get consent from each other before having sex.

Scientific name that originated from a Far Side cartoon: Thagomizer
A thagomizer is the distinctive arrangement of four spikes on the tails of stegosaurine dinosaurs. These spikes are believed to have been a defensive measure against predators.
The arrangement of spikes originally had no distinct name; cartoonist Gary Larson invented the name "thagomizer" in 1982 as a joke in his comic strip The Far Side, and it was gradually adopted as an informal term used within scientific circles, research, and education.

Hi Nivek, hope you are well old friend. ... Brilliant find mate,... wonder why i've never heard of this one? o_O ... always loved a good oopart, and this is a cracker. So I just had a little google and can only find the same info on this mysterious-looking object. ... And that is basically this ....
This discovery was made in 1998 when electrical engineer John. J. Williams found what appeared to be an electrical connector protruding from the ground in a hiking trip in North America. The object was found in the middle of nowhere, far away from human settlements, industrial complexes, airports, factories and electronic or nuclear plants.

After digging further into the ground, Williams discovered a device with a triple plug, embedded into the rock.

Williams refused to give away the exact location where the object was found, which has led skeptics to conclude that this artifact is just another hoax.

Earliest Known Depiction of Jesus is not so Flattering

The Alexamenos graffito (also known as the graffito blasfemo, or blasphemous graffito) is a piece of Roman graffiti scratched in plaster on the wall of a room near the Palatine Hill in Rome, which has now been removed and is in the Palatine Hill Museum. It may be the earliest surviving depiction of Jesus and, if so, competes with an engraved gem as the earliest known pictorial representation of the Crucifixion of Jesus. It is hard to date, but has been estimated to have been made c. 200. The image seems to show a young man worshipping a crucified, donkey-headed figure. The Greek inscription approximately translates to "Alexamenos worships [his] god," indicating that the graffito was apparently meant to mock a Christian named Alexamenos. (Wikipedia)

they crucified an awful lot of people. how do they know it's Jesus specifically ?
It's not absolutely settled, but here are the two strongest evidences.

1. The writing itself says, "Alexamenos worships [his] god." - Not many other crucified persons were worshipped.

2. According to historians who wrote in late antiquity, some pagans actually believed that Christians did worship a donkey or donkey-like entity. Also, other early opponents of the Christians sometimes characterized them as worshipping a donkey to insult them, regardless of what they knew or believed to be the case.

But contrary interpretations suggest the donkey-entity may be one of several Egyptian deities.

hmmmm. Read somewhere that Roman infrastructure actually enabled early Christianity to spread more easily; roads, methods of communication etc.

can't help but think of modern parallels except rather than religion our global immediate access infrastructure is primarily used to spread nonsense.
