With great power comes great responsibility.
This movie is a epilogue to endgame.
sweet and caring. High on the wiz bang fights. a lesson in power is given and spidey is lacking.
And the after credits scene..
I will not spoil..
go see it..
8.5/10

Play or Die

I'm not sure about the whole movie because I was watching by myself at 2am and got scared, so I had to shut it off. Pretty sure that's what a horror movie is suppose to do so, it's pretty good so far. lol

While visiting my nephew this past weekend, his cable was showing the first three John Wick movies. If you enjoy nonstop ultra violence, this series will be for you.

Fratty and out of touch.
Last night I saw one of the best movies I've seen in years. It came out about 10 years ago and I know people probably want to hear about new releases in this thread but, damn, it was so awesome I had to share my opinion!

Everything Must Go (2010) - IMDb

In Everything Must Go, Will Farrell plays a down-on-his-luck alcoholic who was just fired from his job for an alleged drunken fling with a coworker. Upon learning of this, his wife also leaves him. She throws his possessions out on the front lawn and locks him out of their house. The movie takes place over the next week as he encounters people while he is sitting on his front lawn trying to sell his possessions.

It's a character-driven movie and Will Farrell is perfect in the role. I like his movies better when he gets a little more serious, like in this one. He reflects on his life and gives advice to his neighbors. I won't spoil it by revealing the surprises that come near the end.

Just watched Sinister (2012). It's pretty spooky. It starts out as a true crime story, but then takes a turn to the supernatural. I can't say I was literally scared, but it did startle me a couple of times. My rating is 7.5. It was rather successful, so it spawned a sequel. But apparently the second film is crap.

I watched this movie earlier today, Rim of the World, a Netflix movie...It was okay, 5 or 6 out of 10, kind of cheesy here and there and weak story, its an alien invasion movie seemed geared towards younger people...

I tend to shy away from most movies where kids are the main stars.

At Peace.
IO is a 2019 American science fiction film directed by Jonathan Helpert. It stars Margaret Qualley, Anthony Mackie and Danny Huston. It was released on January 18, 2019, by Netflix.

Rotten tomatoes rated it 32/100 but I really enjoyed it. IO kept my interest and I thought it was well executed.

It wasn’t made to be a blockbuster, so it shouldn’t be compared to that type of thing. For what it is I give it more.

85/100 with that in mind...

I enjoyed this movie. Then again, I also loved the Goonies. lol

You just have to be in the right frame of mind when you watch them. I loved ET too. :D

I never saw the original movie and I also never watched the TV series that stared Richard Roundtree, but I was only 12-14 years old when they came out. I didn't watch a lot of TV back then.

I did watch this new one and let me tell you I laughed so hard at times that I started choking. lol The old school vs technology jokes are priceless. People under the age of 50 might not get some of them, but I got every one of them.

Such a fun watch. I will definitely be watching again!

Some reboots alter the genre somewhat. The original had a pretty serious tone.
But the lighter approach to the 2000 version didn't stop me from enjoying it.

I should ask, are you referring to the 2000 movie or the 2019 movie?
