Amazon Prime series. We're only 4 episodes in and this is damned funny ! Give it two episodes and you'll get hooked. No rating - it is a bit obscure to follow the plot line but god, it's refreshing. And no, Kurtwood Smith isn't dead to my surprise. I believed the internet rumor I guess. Piping baby, it's about the piping .....

I just re-watched Demolition Man. The show still stands the test of time. I never saw this version before though.
Why did they change the winner of the franchise wars from Taco Bell to Pizza Hut?

I'll have to watch this movie again, I don't remember those scenes about the franchise wars...

Google says that's the European version and the franchise originally named isn't known over there.

I finally decided to watch Eternals, it was 2 1/2 hours long, it had its few moments of coolness but overall had a weak story, stale acting, desperately needed better writing and directing...They gave away the plot too early for both the audience and the characters and the ending became too predictable...The alleged villains were too generic and became useless about half way through the film because of the direction the story took...Also its like parts of the story were made up on the fly...4/10

It wasn't bad, its a Rambo movie so you have to expect a killing spree at some point and this movie doesn't disappoint in that regard...Good way to close out the Rambo saga...

I've been learning about the evolution of the legend(s) of King Arthur, and to this end I decided to watch a couple of recent movies centered on him. I just finished the 2004 film King Arthur, which has been marketed as an "historical" and "demystified" take on the character. Indeed, it is demystified in that there is no magic whatsoever depicted in the movie. And it does set Arthur in the correct historical period from whence the Arthur legend originated, namely the late 5th to early 6th century, as opposed to the high Middle Ages as he usually shown. But on the whole there is not a lot in the movie that could be considered historically accurate.

In the film, Arthur is a "Roman knight" on the verge of retirement, and the story line is devoted to battle and political intrigue. Several characters have the same names as those in the traditional Arthurian stories, but that's pretty much where the similarity ends. Although not a terrible movie, by abandoning the fantasy elements of the legend, it's just not much fun. I watched it on Hulu, but it's not there anymore. 6/10

Next up, King Arthur: Legend of the Sword, which should be the virtual opposite of the 2004 movie.

Lots of great actors, Zoe Saldana, Chris Evans, Jeffery Dean Morgan, Idris Alba...they all look so young. lol
