Recommendations for a personal website?

I need a website to sell my paintings. I have an old website through 1 and 1 but it no longer serves my needs and their prices have gone up while their customer service has declined.

I've heard rave reviews about Wix. I want to keep my own domain. According to their website, I could have a decent website for as little as $5 per month. This almost sounds too good to be true.

Does anyone have any recommendations regarding personal websites?

It's free and easy to make..

Yeah you can make wix or google sites which essentially are the same..
What's more than that is attracting viewers, by spreading your link.
