As Above So Below
OKLAHOMA CITY — A man says he was startled by a reptilian bipedal creature on an Oklahoma road.

The man, a 63-year-old Oklahoma City dispatcher who asked to remain anonymous, said he was driving to work in the early morning when he encountered the purported creature.

“I was driving east on S.W. 29th street at 4:30 a.m. on a Saturday. There was a full moon. I usually don’t work on Saturdays, but this Saturday we were having the Drivers Safety Meeting so I was on my way in, taking my time and only doing 35 mph,” he reported about the December 6, 2015 encounter. “I was coming off a two lane to a four lane. On my side of the road there was a culvert… it –the being– jumped up on the side of the road, standing on the curb, looking at me.”

The dispatcher, who claims the humanoid stood there for about 60 seconds and provided a detailed sketch, described it as a 3-foot-tall humanoid with “lizard skin”. Its color, he says, was “cream” and iridescent.

“It had large eyes and small pointed ears. Its eyes were orange with no glow when the headlights hit them. It had a small mouth with a nose similar to a cat. It had three toes curled over the edge of the curb with heels like a human. Extremely large thighs that matched the base of its tail. Its tail was extremely long with the huge base tapering down to no bigger than a match stick,” he recalls.

The man added that the creature was “flicking its tail, standing like an angry cat”.

“But once it was on the move, it carried it straight out behind him.”

He explains that the being seemed “extremely intelligent” and it felt as though it was watching him and thinking.

“As if it was calculating where it could make it across in front of me without getting hit. It made it to the center yellow line, then looked at me again before sprinting off into the woods on the opposite side of the road.”

The eyewitness said that he had been traveling the same road for 7 years and had never encountered anything like it.

“This creature looked like something that belonged in the movie Avatar. Something I will likely never forget,” he said.

The link won't work for me. Did the witness say the thing hopped or ran across the road?

He doesn't really say. I copied and will paste what he said about the movement for you, Rick....

Ok, thanks. The pictures weren't coming through for me at first either. Judging from the drawing, I think he got a good look at it and it's almost certainly not a kangaroo. There was a similar sighting in Ohio a few years ago of a creature with long muscular legs and tiny or absent arms which also crossed a highway.

At Peace.
I saw one grren Reptillian once that looked kind of like this. It was crouched in the grass and my first thought was the baby raptor from Jurassic Park...

Then I realized it looked afraid... Brunette woman called to it by name (cant remember the name though)
and it seemed to settle down as a dog would when scolded by its owner.
Then it slinked away... Long tail...
I think it was a pet...

They also has a six legged cat, and some kind of beasty thing in a large glass cylinder...

So maybe the Oklahoma man saw stray alien pet?

Yes that's right. They are not rats they are marsupial hoppers.

Wiki. Marsupials are an infraclass of mammals living primarily in Australasia and the Americas. A distinctive characteristic, common to most species, is that the young are carried in a pouch. Well-known marsupials include kangaroos, wallabies, the koala, possums, opossums, wombats and the Tasmanian devil.
Kangaroo
The kangaroo is a marsupial from the family Macropodidae. In common use the term is used to describe the largest species from this family, especially those of the genus Macropus: the red kangaroo, antilopine kangaroo, eastern grey kangaroo, and western grey kangaroo. Kangaroos are endemic to Australia. The Australian government estimates that 34.3 million kangaroos lived within the commercial harvest areas of Australia in 2011, up from 25.1 million one year earlier.

Australians have this big thing about how their pouched rats are different than regular rats.

To me, vermin is vermin and these fine distinctions sort of miss me.

Tell me another country that has their 'vermin' on their coat of arms ??

Coat of arms of Australia

The coat of arms of Australia, officially called the Commonwealth Coat of Arms, is the formal symbol of the Commonwealth of Australia. The first arms were authorised by King Edward VII on 7 May 1908, and the current version by King George V on 19 September 1912, although the 1908 version continued to be used in some contexts, notably appearing on the reverse of the sixpenny coin.

Fratty and out of touch.
It probably was a kangaroo the guy saw. People bring exotic pets home a lot from what I've heard. It's becoming a big problem.
