Russia Says Super Soldiers Can Crash Computers With Telepathy

According to a report in the official magazine of its Defense Ministry, Russian “supersoldiers” are able to use “parapsychology” techniques to crash enemy computers, access the minds of foreign soldiers, and read documents inside locked safes — abilities they gained, according to the article, from telepathic dolphins they can now communicate with.

The report is almost certainly nonsense. But it does raise questions about the ambitions — and perhaps dysfunctions — of Russia’s military.

Telepathy Force
The report refers to the supposed super powers as “metacontact” and “parapsychology” — the latter a term often invoked to describe mental abilities that don’t quite hold up to the scientific method. Russia discovered those techniques, according to the article, by studying telepathic dolphins.

“With an effort of thought, you can, for example, shoot down computer programs, burn crystals in generators, eavesdrop on a conversation, or break television and radio programs and communications,” reads the article, according to Business Insider‘s translation.

Domestic Resistance
Business Insider also dug up an interview with the chairman of a commission on pseudoscience at the Russian Academy of Sciences, Yevgeny Alexandrov, who dismissed the story to a Russian news outlet called RBK.

“All the talk about the transfer of thought at a distance does not have a scientific basis,” he said, adding that “there is not a single such recorded case, it is simply impossible.”

I don't know about telepathy but I would bet that a number of countries are working on the "super soldier" idea.

I'm not awake, I've had this weird numb feeling for about a week now, Surely this is a dream, I did not just read that Telepathic super soldiers that commune with Dolphins who can read documents inside locked safes and crash computers with a mental phenomena which are excluded from or inexplicable by orthodox scientific psychology such as hypnosis, telepathy, etc.

That's so awesome, I must be asleep, It's no wonder the Xmen don't have any recent movies they are freaken real now.

Ignore this entire comment, I really am 98 percent asleep. Not feeling well.

I've been following super soldier and Secret Space Program whistleblowers for years. One of the best known super soldiers is James Casbolt aka Michael Prince. He claims to have been imprisoned in a Dulce prison and he called a general telepathically who got him out. I don't know if that process was using a physical phone or mind to mind. Years ago Art Bell would talk about remote influencing and a particular metal that is more susceptible to manipulation. A female super soldier and ex-marine Alara Blackwell claims to have a nanotube brain implant that allows her to connect to an NSA database. All she needs is a person's name to connect with it and the person's file appears in her mind.

Don't worry brother, I've had this before, It's sinusitis it's where my allergies get so bad it makes my face numb, I normally would go to the doctor, But it's 100 percent sinusitis I have all the symptoms that that's what it is, right down to pushing on my cheekbones and it hurting. I promise that's all it is, I've had it so many times over the years :)

The problem with having a super soldier is controlling it. What keeps it from getting out of control? It could decide his superiors are inferiors... it could decide it can lead on its own,., and there is no secret that can be kept from it? Nahhhh... nice story, but no cigar.

Well, Supersoldiers are one thing, But people need not worry about controlling a super soldier. Hollywood wants us to think universal soldier or Rambo, But the kind of super soldier described in these posts is a person who would just have a few amazing advantages, If a government or superpower wanted such a soldier to be controlled, He or she would be, Easily.

And let's be real though, I know I was joking around earlier about super soldiers, But, Honestly, That's a thing militaries have been trying to achieve since, Really, In true honesty the Roman empire. People could say since WWII, But think of Spartan Soldiers, The literal definition of a super soldier for the era.

You can bet money super soldiers in some capacity do exist. It would be almost foolish for a superpower like the U.S or China or The UK or Russia To not invest in such programs, I'd think.

They install alters (alternate personalities) into the soldiers. They use a Latin phrase to trigger them into another personality to preform a mission. James Rink believes he has at least one alter that speaks German. James Casbolt would be triggered into an alter and take people out. They'll use them to escort other super soldiers if they get out of line. Casbolt was on a mission to escort another soldier and he opened a hotel room door by twisting off the door handle with his bear hands. It is not uncommon for them to wake up with injuries and torn muscles and they don't know how it happened. I've heard stories of people being deprogrammed. A person will use some chant and/or spell and the person will fall to the ground and start convulsing because the alter is being removed from their DNA. All they may hear is a 'PA' sound coming from the person. In one account of an alter being install is a target will sit in a chair and 3-4 men will walk around the person saying phases in German or Latin. This reminds me of how they use sound waves to speed up the electron rate around atoms in order to levitate stones.

I find it funny that "they" keep saying there is not a recorded case of telepathy...
I guess they have tried hard enough to wipe out every record they can of it happening to earn the right to claim it never happens.
still makes them look stupid though.

I'd be interested in your documented cases, and I hope you're not talking about mentalist tricks.

You might want to look up "Project Alpha," in which academic researchers were fooled into affirming psychic powers (by a young magician who is now a famous mentalist), or Susan Blackmore's book "In Search of the Light".

I am going to have to assign this a very low prior probability.

Something to think about: if you really did have psychic powers, you wouldn't want anyone to know about it. It would make your life a hell.

Also, talking about intelligence sources is a huge no-no.

Agreed, if someone was truly able to perceive other's thoughts that person would be considered a dangerous liability, every mind no matter how noble has dark corners they would never seek to expose, If there were literally someone who could expose such dark crevasses, That person would ironically be viewed as a dangerous loose cannon criminal, By default. Even many of us here would dread to truly encounter such an individual.

Here where I live the tree pollen count has been at unusually high levels and I've been suffering from headaches as well. The weather guy on TV said it should die down in about another week (thank God).

The movie The Men Who Stare at Goats was supposedly based on a true story. Having the abilities of a super soldier to mentally access someone's thoughts or personal records does sound creepy... and even comical. Kind of reminds me of the Gilligan's Island ep where they found a bush that produced berries that gave the ability to read minds. One of my personal favorites!

the physics detector (SQUID) experiment he talks about is super easy to reproduce (assuming you have the detector set up),
physicist that use that sort of detector often know not to concentrate on them or you mess up your data.
occasionally you will see some news story about it,
and these people have taken that experiment to the next level
The Global Consciousness Project
it is way beyond proven that the base test happens, even though it is way less power than you would need to disrupt a computer running, but no reason to think that practice might make one better at upping the power level.
