Temporary Transitions and differences in atmosphere

As Above So Below
Over the past few weeks I've been pushed to the limits at work, physically working across three shifts, some days double shifts to get the 3 operating shifts in good working order and know what their duties and expectations are...I'm the supervisor over these three shifts and I m responsible for their productivity and work ethics...This coming week I have to continue this work over three shifts, focusing on 2nd shift as the past few weeks focusing on 1 st and 3rd shifts...

In a couple weeks or so things will settle as the people are more comfortable with their respective positions and the productivity will grow...This labour day weekend we have had 3 days off and I have literally slept most of these 3 days now, my body has needed it as I was averaging 2-3 hours slept per day the previous 9 to 10 days..

It can indeed, although I have had plenty of rest, this physical body does not feel quite right, a bit sluggish but I expect tomorrow to be more of the norm...Today was a normal 8 hr day...

Besides eating quality foods, although not as regular as I should, I also take Nugenix supplements and PTeroPure..

any hobbies? for sure, if you left this job as 'super', you'd be replaced. so at what cost, to all that makes up your entirety, are you prepared to pay. diet is important, vitamins if necessary (D, Omega3, zinc, in quarter tabs, are useful to a workin' man), sleep for sure. maintaining harmony/balance is desirable. I am retired now, so I know both the work work working for a living life and the 'achieved the light at the end of the tunnel' state of being/mind body soul and spirit too. hopefully drasien/tim, there is a light at the end of your tunnel. I think fondly of our time spent together and wish you well my friend.

My 'free' time is spent with my canine companion and maintaining mind/body/soul/spirit harmony and balance, although I have lacked in getting enough sleep, with the extra work demands which will be coming back to normal this week.. I cherish the time we spent together and hope/want/wish to see you once more.. There is a light but it is not what I originally thought it is..

Not getting enough sleep really takes a toll on the body.

I just found out a person I used to work with at another company had a stroke two days ago and cannot use half his body and cannot speak any longer.. He is younger than me and worked more hours a week than I do,.,
