Did he? I do not think he earned a fortune! He has a very sick grandson and I know he tried to raise a fund for him.

All I want to say is: I do not think Walton was able to earn money using his UFO experience. It's only a hobby. He talks about his experience, even if he is paid, that's nothing

Is there any interviews with him on youtube that you know of?....I'd like to see what I think of him.
Bluelight answered.

His story inspired the movie Fire in the Sky. Long before I ever met Travis or knew the movie to be anything other than complete fiction, it terrified me as a child. There was one scene in the movie that absolutely scared the hell out of me and I didn't even know why (still don't). It's the scene where the bodies are in this huge honeycomb like thing.

From what I've read, Travis is very disappointed with the movie because it has nothing to do with what he has experienced, but they talked him into it. They wanted to attract people and tried to draw their attention but it caused the accusations of being a liar cause his story (in the book) and the movie were so different.

If people want to pay him or anyone like him that's fine.....it still doesn't mean I have to accept everything they say.

People have made a living off of the JFK assassination.

If you want to take part in a UFO conference, you pay and listen . If you don't, youtube is in your disposal. He never asked any money

It's perfectly right. The problem is: there are things you cannot prove. For now. So there are only two ways: either you accept it and admit it MIGHT happen or you don't believe it and you move on

That's not a surprise....using a Hollywood science fiction movie as a source for a conclusion is not the way to go. Its the same as using the movie "Gettysburg" as a factual source of history for the civil war.
