There are many skeptics in this world. Being skeptical is easy. If you never experienced anything paranormal, it is obvious you have doubts. I have doubts as well. The problem is: I for instance came here to talk to the like minded people. I admit someone might be even making up stories. I don't care. But the last thing I want is to be mocked. It took time before I had enough courage to join AH.

Well said....its obvious I'm a skeptic.....but that just means I question things more than some. Then when I answer my questions then I can discount each event on a case by case basis.

Questioning things is a normal behavior for an intelligent person. I do not expect to be believed even because sometimes I think may be I was dreaming after all. It hurts, it drives you crazy, it makes you depressed. You cannot talk to anyone, you cannot share your fears and doubts.
