Today I cleaned a beach cruiser frame down to metal, Powder coating it sounds like a good idea, still up in the air as what color i am going to paint it. Thinking maybe a dark forest green metallic with flat black fenders.

Howzabout a picture? Wish I had the garage to do a frame off.

I'd rather eat dirt than screw around with plumbing. Chaos magic may be the answer to the tool that did our bathroom two years ago.

He told me he was "a professor" at home improvement and could teach it. After a while I told him he was Gilligan.

I just was called my office at the university (if you can call it that.)
is safe but the building is closed. due to possible flooding. the whole istmas is shut down .
Meanwhile we been keeping up on Lincoln elementary school. The basement flooded There is a possible chance the school may not open on time.
I never seen Madison Wisconsin in so much chaos.

August 27th 2012 my father left this weary world. He went to a place where there is no suffering, no pain, no politics or war. He died of early onset Alzheimer disease. He was 73.
I will go weather permitting to his grave site.
My twins are hitting Facebook hard with a go fund me. To help find a cure.
my family will be in the walk to end Azhimers. I will wear as always his helmet from vietnam.
he went to war only to return to the war with a bottle. his losses were great.
his family abandoned him.
only I stood with him.
then a war he could not win.
I was the only one at his funeral from my family.
Rest well dad.
see you on the other side.

Got it!!!...The powder coat spraying is working perfectly now...:cool8:

...

I have all of the machinery running perfectly now and even engineered some improvements and implemented them which increased overall efficiency by 13.6 percent...Then I had to make a hard decision but one that must take place...I released the crew who worked the powder coat production, got rid of the whole lot and replaced them, there was no choice in the matter, they cared little for their work, there were more mistakes than good product some days, one guy decided to lay out of work for two days, no call no show, then shows up on the third day expecting to go to work as if nothing transpired...Really?...That whole department needed a clean sweep and restructured to be making money, it was losing money badly, still is, but give me 3 more weeks...

It`s a bicycle frame, and i just primed it today. I`m to poor to do a car, although in my younger years i managed to put $15g into a 71 olds 442.
Well, if you have to throw $$ down a hole a 442 is a cool one to do it on. And I still wouldn't mind checking out the project bike ...

God help me, I've posted a cat picture. Don't intend to make a habit of it - could be time for medication. However, today's theme is relaxation and Shaolin monks could learn a thing or two about entering a state of repose from this.

Nicely done! As I've said, machines are made to be used and it's damned satisfying to put one back in worker order. That said, glad it's YOU pumping that thing on the sand ! :)
I finally have it back together. And I also finished(kinda minus a few peices that i need) a 1968 amf roadmaster 3 wheeler, it ended up being a cobalt blue metallic that was sprayed over a black, it came out having a slight purplish hue, it needs to be put back together than pics of each.

In case no one noticed my absence I was out of town over the weekend, in the beautiful and remote wilderness of the Appalachian mountains, which is why I wasn't on the forum most of the weekend...At the location I set up camp I had to hike 3 miles to get to a place to get barely a signal on my cell phone, it was nice not seeing a human being for almost 4 days, just me and my dog and the wild...
