Loudoun County prosecutor who sought to jail father of girl allegedly raped at school tied to Soros, McAuliffe

Loudoun County Commonwealth's Attorney Buta Biberaj was described in the explosive report by The Daily Wire as the "progressive" elected county prosecutor who ran on a platform of ending "mass incarceration," but yet she sought jail time for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, both misdemeanor charges, against Scott Smith.

Biberaj was one of several Soros-backed prosecutors elected in Northern Virginia in 2019 after her campaign received more than $860,000 from Soros' Justice and Public Safety PAC. She is a criminal reform advocate and member of a group of the commonwealth’s attorneys called Virginia Progressive Prosecutors for Justice, which calls for eliminating mandatory minimum sentences and cash bail.

Biberaj is also a close ally with McAuliffe, who reportedly accepted a $250,000 contribution from Soros for his campaign in August. Biberaj, who has praised McAulliffe as being "part of the progress" that Virginia needs, joined the former Democratic governor as recently as Oct. 2 at a campaign event in Leesburg.

Loudoun email reveals superintendent notified school board on day of alleged sexual assault

The superintendent for Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) sent an email alerting the school board of an alleged assault on the same day as the one that has captured national headlines.

"The purpose of this email is to provide you with information regarding an incident that occurred at Stone Bridge HS," Superintendent Scott Ziegler said in the email. "This afternoon a female student alleged that a male student sexually assaulted her in the restroom."

On June 22, Ziegler said that, to his knowledge, "we don’t have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms," according to the Daily Wire.

Austin's understaffed police tell citizens to collect evidence at crime scenes themselves

A business owner in Austin, Texas says police told him to gather his own evidence at the scene of his burglarized store, saying it was due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Kirk Andrews, owner of Petticoat Fair Lingerie in north Austin, told KVUE News that he called authorities after his shop had been robbed that he should put on gloves and search for bullet casings because police would not be able to assist due to the coronavirus.

The city is currently plagued by a police shortage that Austin Police Chief Joseph Chacon has referred to as a "crisis."

The staffing shortage was caused, in part, by the city’s move to strip funding from the police department and has coincided with a surge in crime that includes the murder rate rising over 90%.

In November, Austin residents will vote on Prop A which aims to restore police staffing and some units that were lost in the 2020 defunding.

"We are in the midst of the most profound police staffing crisis in Austin history," Save Austin Now co-founders Matt Mackowiak and Cleo Petricek said in a statement to Fox News. "This is occurring during a historic violent crime wave here, as homicides are up 80% since last year's modern-day record. Austin police morale is at an all-time low. We are roughly 300 police officers down in one year due to the $150 million police budget cut last year. ADP recently made the stunning announcement that due to the staffing crisis they can no longer respond to 911 calls unless it's a life-threatening situation or the assailant is on the premises. Rank and file officers are being asked to put their lives on the line without the support they need to do the job. On Nov. 2nd, Austin must pass Prop A to fix this mess."

The advocacy group founded by liberal billionaire financier George Soros has dumped $500,000 into a campaign to defeat the proposal.*

*Note: Soros still determined to ruin the city.

Woke is the roar of smug, entitled mediocrities everywhere: The insanity of a world where Thomas The Tank Engine, craft beers and even country walks are branded racist drives JULIE BURCHILL to despair

You'd think that with all the lunacy that’s happened in the past year, writing a book about Woke Britain would be the easiest thing in the world. I thought so too, until I tried it. So why has it been so difficult? It’s because by the spring, not even each day, but each hour brought some new snippet of Woke insanity. Every morning I would find that half a dozen acts of idiocy had taken place while I’d slept.

I’d go to bed reeling from the claim that country walks were racist and wake up to the glad tidings that cyclists wanted to be included in the ever-lengthening queue of those who may be eligible for hate crime status. As the insanity picked up velocity, one cultural artefact after another went up in flames, lest it offend somebody.

First they came for our TV memories. Fawlty Towers (don’t mention the war), the Dukes Of Hazzard (a car decorated with a Confederate flag) and Songs Of Praise (whose producer likened people singing Rule Britannia to neo-Nazis celebrating gas chambers). Then they came for cartoons. On Disney’s streaming service, classics such as Dumbo, Peter Pan, Lady And The Tramp and The Jungle Book were preceded by the dire warning: ‘This programme includes negative depictions and/or mistreatment of people or cultures. These stereotypes were wrong then and are wrong now.’

They came for the museums. The Natural History Museum’s Charles Darwin collection was targeted because he had voyaged to the Galapagos Islands on ‘colonialist scientific expeditions’. And they came for the old houses. The National Trust published a list of nearly 100 of its properties which it claimed had links to slavery and colonialism.

They came for full stops, which apparently intimidate young people when used in social-media communication as they are interpreted as a sign of anger and insincerity. They even came for rainbows, when a psychologist complained: ‘Not long after lockdown was imposed, I was pleasantly surprised to see a rainbow flag on my drive home from work. 'However, as I saw more rainbow flags, I quickly realised these were not intended as support for the LGBTQ+ community, but rather as support for the NHS. I felt saddened, and disappointed.’

But it was racism – which is without doubt one of the greatest evils of the Earth – that became the big one in the past year or so, suddenly detected in all sorts of places you could never have imagined. Master bedrooms were racist (master has slavery connotations). Chess was racist (because white always goes first). Brunch was racist, according to the actor Alan Cumming, because it reeks of ‘white privilege’.

Sherlock Holmes was racist, the countryside was racist, fried chicken was racist, the anti-racist film In The Heat Of The Night was racist. Hawaiian shirts, camping, gardening, biking, hiking, jogging, mathematics, trees, botany, libraries, roads, lawns, soap, craft beers, peanut butter, dieting, wine, spelling, Thomas The Tank Engine, robots, interior design, surfing, hockey, the Smurfs – ALL RACIST!

So in the interests of harmony and time saving, shall we just cut to the chase and ban everything: every book, film and TV show, reinstating each one only when a global referendum has established that no one in the world is offended by them?

Extremely offensive house on the prairie: Cambridge University archive slaps 'trigger warnings' on classic children's books because of potentially 'harmful content'

Classic children’s books in a Cambridge University archive will in future be labelled with ‘trigger warnings’ for ‘harmful content relating to slavery, colonialism and racism’. Researchers are reviewing more than 10,000 books and magazines to expose authors who have been ‘offensive to historically enslaved, colonised or denigrated people’.

It comes after anti-racist campaigners demanded teachers censor racial slurs when reading out the text of Harper Lee’s To Kill A Mockingbird.

49584653-10126173-Offending_authors_include_Laura_Ingalls_Wilder_who_wrote_Little_-a-60_1635109179332.jpg

Offending authors include Laura Ingalls Wilder, who wrote Little House On The Prairie, for her ‘stereotypical depictions of Native Americans’. Critics said content warnings were unnecessary and could lead to overt censorship

The archive at Cambridge’s Homerton College is being reviewed as part of a move to upload texts to a digital library. In online versions, words, phrases and images deemed harmful will be flagged and content warnings placed at the beginning of each text.

Offending authors include Laura Ingalls Wilder, who wrote Little House On The Prairie, for her ‘stereotypical depictions of Native Americans’.

Another is Dr Theodor Seuss Geisel, author of the Dr Seuss books, for ‘overt blackface’ and cultural insensitivities.

The Water Babies, Charles Kingsley’s 1863 children’s classic about a young chimney sweep, is described as having the potential to ‘harm readers without warning’ for comments about Irish and black people.

L Frank Baum, author of The Wonderful Wizard Of Oz, is also cited for ‘white supremacy’ in his Bandit Jim Crow, written under the pen name of Laura Bancroft.

So, if ordinary fiction and art requires "trigger warnings," what about overt, intentional Nazi, KKK, sadist, pro-rape content? Would the potential viewers have to be sedated beforehand?

One ironically good thing about trigger warnings is that those requiring them are fragile weaklings. They could never prevail in a real fight.

Virginia parents slam Obama's 'tone-deaf' dismissal of education issues amid alleged sexual assault

Former President Barack Obama condemned Virginia Republican gubernatorial candidate Glenn Youngkin for focusing on hot-button education issues during the campaign, dismissing those issues as unserious and "fake outrage." Virginia parents and parent advocates shot back at Obama's remarks, calling them "tone deaf" and "clueless."

"We don't have time to be wasting on these phony trumped-up culture wars, this fake outrage that right-wing media peddles to juice their ratings," Obama said while campaigning for Democrat Terry McAuliffe on Saturday. He accused Youngkin of avoiding "serious problems that affect serious people" and suggested that outrage over the actions of school boards is unjustified.

Goodbye Moon! Bedtime goes woke as books like Antiracist Baby, Daddy & Dada and A is for Activist are dominating the shelves with transgender tales and scary stories of police brutality meant to 'indoctrinate' toddlers

A slew of 'woke' children's books is dominating book shelves with titles like Antiracist Baby, Feminist Baby, Woke Baby, Teach Your Dragon About Diversity and Daddy & Dada. The books, seen by DailyMail.com at book stores across the country, feature transgender infants, queer families and dreamers, but the subjects above all others are race, police brutality and activism. Introducing narratives of very young children transitioning 'risks destroying children for the rest of their lives,' says Walt Heyer, author of Trans Life Survivors. The sales of books about race exploded across all age groups last summer as protests over the death of George Floyd tore across the world. Author John Butcher says these ideologies have no place in children's books, telling DailyMail.com, 'All of these books are meant to drive home the message to these young children that life is about struggle'.

University of Pittsburgh department puts 'secretary,' 'clerk,' and 'omsbudsman' on 'sexist language' list

The University of Pittsburgh has declared that terms such as "secretary," "clerk," and "omsbudsman" are considered "Sexist Language."

A new "Gender-Inclusive/Non-Sexist Language Guidelines and Resources" page made by the Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at the University of Pittsburgh features a section titled "Terms to Use to Avoid Sexist Language." The guide also considers "mankind," "chairman," "freshman," and "ladies and gentlemen" examples of "Sexist Language" that is considered "Language Not to Use."

Instead, the guidelines released by the university department recommended that "first year student" should be used instead of "freshman" and "administrator" should be used instead of "Secretary/Clerk."

In a similar "Sexist Language" guide written by the University of Pittsburgh Gender, Sexuality, and Women's Studies Program, the term "stewardess" is considered "Sexist Language" as well, and the guide recommends that students use "flight attendant" instead.

Scott Kiesling, a linguistics professor at the University of Pittsburgh and an author of the guide, stated on the university website that people should use "non-sexist language" out of "politeness."

"No one is ordering you to use this language. However, some people are asking you to be considerate of their wishes and sensibilities. In short, it's merely politeness -- politeness is about consideration for other people," Kiesling writes. "You are free to not use this language (it is merely a suggestion for those who would like to know how people would like to handle such things)."
