Rubio says national security is more important than UFO 'stigma'

An unclassified report on UFOs set to hit Congress later this month has sparked widespread speculation from foreign satellites to alien spacecraft, but Florida Republican Sen. Marco Rubio has warned against unyielding "stigmas."

A new provision in the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 called on the director of national intelligence and secretary of defense to investigate "unidentified aerial phenomenon" (UAP) that pose a threat to military assets.

The report will hit senator's desks in the Select Committee on Intelligence by June 29.

The report mostly concedes that we don’t have the technology that can match what these objects can achieve.
    Are they Chinese or Russian?
Most likely NOT. Why? Because they see them to and have no clue what they are!
They are hundreds of not thousands of years in advance of us.
I seek a truth no matter where that truth leads to.. My only conclusion is these things are extraterrestrial or interdimentional in nature. Are they a threat? If these things wanted to I'm sure we would be wiped out or a slave race to them. All we know for sure is they are real.
What they are and what do they want. Is the question.

Tic-tac UAPs have been tracked by CIA, FBI, and others for almost a century

Yes the 'Phenomena' seemed to suit the time period didn't it. 1800s Balloons with creatures climbing down rope ladders , Ghost Rockets in the skies in Sweden all sorts of things, Flying Saucers UFOs, now we have Tic Tac UAPs . Its an evolving thing it seems and one that maybe points to Supernatural origins. I really do hope that the Pentagons UAP report on the 25th June is to say the Truth is out There and not that their is No Truth Out There. They have been lying to everyone for 70 years its time to Fess up and maybe apologize to all the unfortunate UFO witnesses who they ( The Pentagon) claimed were just mass hysterics. Swamp Gas and Weather balloons doesn't cut it anymore.

Amazing. I think the thing to remember is that scientists are just fallible people --they have no more vision or sense than the average person. Think about doctors that managed to pass tests, absorb knowledge, but can still be totally incompetent. I've know many scientists and engineers, and some of them have a certain hubris born of total confidence in human science and the current paradigm. If something can't be slapped with a mundane explanation, no matter how silly, it is ignored. To investigate UFOs is also stigmatizing for scientists, who want to advance and publish in peer-reviewed journals. If they take an objective open-minded look at the phenomenon, as some scientists have been capable of, they become outsiders, shunned by the rest. Unfortunately for those clinging to the current paradigm, the anomalies are accumulating (been for years), and that is how change and a paradigm shift will come --a change that they shun and ignore. An extreme example is the folks at the debunking sites; every day they claim some new explanation for the recent clips released, and every next day they are shewn to be wrong. Repeatedly. They embarrassingly and insultingly ignore 70+ years of witness testimony from those who would give the data context. That's not science, but some kind of mental problem. Now they are actually claiming that Fravor misidentified another jet as the Tic Tac! Bizarre. Laughable. Sad. If they had done their due diligence on research, by actually looking at history, they would see the same objects have been reported in the past.
A Preponderance of evidence is the way to go with UFOs; it isn't a hard science question at this point. If you have unknowns under intelligent control doing whatever they want in secured airspace, one can't wait 100 years for scientists to get enough evidence to satisfy themselves --we'd be destroyed by them long ago if that was the intent of the objects. We are totally vulnerable, technologically and paradigmatically. Eventually we'd hear from scientists that they have determined that manufactured devices exceeding our technology that we haven't made on earth are flying around with impunity, but that doesn't prove that they are alien!! :) D'oh!!! <dopeslap>
Best just to focus on working with scientists who have looked at the history and who are open-minded, and who don't care what their colleagues think.

    Here's a recent example from a debunker:

"Now we just have low quality video of saturated, unresolved blobs, which basically give us no information from which to determine its nature. Speculation of origins that go beyond the mundane are merely fanciful whimsy without additional, reliable information (and eye witness testimony does not count)."

--So, in this case let's refuse to look at any historical context or past examples of the phenomenon! Instead only focusing on the couple of released items to draw a broad conclusion that reinforces our mundane explanations! Also, let's ignore all witness testimony so we can properly paint ourselves in the a corner where we can sit with our blinkers on. Yeah.
I mean of you were trying to understand how ball lightening forms --wouldn't you want to read historical accounts to try to give you some more ideas??

Here is another mind-blowing one from debunkers:

"Honestly, if we rule out ordinary explanations, the warp-drive theory hypothesis might still be the most "compelling" and verifiable one for an unconventional propulsion system..."

So it's okay to ignore what UFO researchers have been trying to discuss with you and automatically rule out UFOs, out of hand, but then somehow have the liberty to come up with completely speculative ideas based on the current state of science to explain something that they suddenly have the freedom to imply is alien.

Outrageous. These folks are entertaining at best. I say we hold them to their statements when the truth comes out and they try to opine!

One thing we should all keep in mind here is, the Pentagon still has alot of discretion over what it chooses to release. Anything that is classified, anything which could reveal sources and methods of intelligence, or simply could be seen as having an adverse effect on military operations or national security isnt going to come out.

Honestly, just the fact that they confirmed the tic tac video as bona fide and admitted that they do study the UFO question is a big step forward for them. In the not so distant past I think they would have just said the video was not real or it was definitely some ordinary phenomena that was misinterpreted. All the while, punishing whoever leaked it.

I don't think he said these particular UAP are clouds. He just used that as an example on some past sightings that were thought to be UFOs but really weren't. But I don't think were dealing with some kind of natural phenomena here with these military encounters.

Sam Harris talks about this with Ricky Gervais. Listen to 2 min mark. Apparently he's been contacted or something by some people to talk about this, to prepare the masses. What?

Its typical that the Pentagon would come out with this UAP reveal right in the middle of a worldwide pandemic. Most people don't care as they are most probably trying to survive. Pre pandemic it might have been another story .

These two look like Observers from the TV show Fringe! If this is a real photo from the 40s or 50s, maybe that's where the Fringe creators got the idea.
