I believe the one on the right is August, portrayed by Peter Woodward.
The one on the left appears to be September, portrayed by Michael Cerveris.

    Here's the original photo

These types are Aliens in Disguise MIB, who don't work for DOD. The USAF and FBI did in fact send out stereotypical G-man type investigators to interview witnesses throughout the 1940's-1960's. Sometimes they threatened witnesses to keep quiet on the grounds of national security.

This for years was supposedly an image of a M.I.B but now this has been questioned as to its authenticity.

Yeah he does look creepy all the same. . Back in the 1990s here they had a UFO flap, as they called them back then, various UFO sightings and cars being chased along the highways and aliens spotted in the bushes by the river. It went on, so they say for about 3 weeks and then there were reports by some people that had seen these things that they had been followed in daylight by a large black American type car ( Cadillac sorta) with blacked out windows and no number plates. Also the local council here had told the media that they had been visited by someone with an American accent that told them he was representing the USAF and asked questions about who had seen these objects. He left and when they checked to see who he was exactly they could find no information about him anywhere . He also was dressed in black with a black hat and sunglasses. It caused quite a stir in this one horse town I can tell you. :cool8:

A few years ago, a friend from back home told me he had an incident with Men in Black. Across the road from his house is an abandoned general store. He looked out of his front window and saw a big, black sedan sitting there. Two men wearing sunglasses and black fedoras were in this car. It freaked him out. They sat there for a few hours. My friend went and got his firearms prepared but the MIB eventually drove off.

He did say that this was a period where he was investigating UFO stories. Who knows?

About 10 years ago I saw some MIB type characters. I was working as a clerk at a police station. I walked up to the receptionist's desk to drop off something, and the receptionist and one of the coppers were watching a car in the parking lot intently. It was a Ford Crown Vic just like what the agency had, the color was a super dark purple almost black. Two tall men were sitting in it, both were so tall that the roofline of the car obscured their faces. Both had really pale skin and their heads and faces seemed clean shaven. Both men stared straight ahead, completely motionless.

The cop said "well boys, looks like we got the men in black out front." We all laughed and went back to work. I came up to the receptionist for something else a bit later and she was genuinely creeped out. She asked if I knew who they were, which I did not. She said the weirdest thing was that she turned her head away from the men and their car for a split second and suddenly they were no longer there, as if they had disappeared. The parking lot was rutted and had lots of loose gravel, any vehicle movement would make a fair amount of noise, especially if the car was going fast. But, they had made their exit in a just a second with no noise at all. Come to think of it, I can't recall the car having any kind of license plate either. In my mental image, the rear of the car just sort of has a flat blank spot where the license plate recess would have been.

If they have seen them every day, you'd think there would be some pics or recordings. Has the Navy or Pentagon taken them all?

Wasn’t there a story about when the Navy was first taking pictures and radar impressions from the ships and planes. Supposedly some high officials in suits choppered onto the ships and gathered up the info, told everyone to keep quiet and then choppered back to land.

that's part of the Nimitz story. Several slightly different variants. Air Force officers, plain clothes, some took the F/A-18 data, some took the E2C Hawkeye data 'bricks'

    who knows

Undoubtedly there is a huge volume of pictures and recordings the military is sitting on. I really sense a growing bandwagon effect when it comes to this stuff. As more and more credible people come forward, it will grow increasingly difficult for the military to employ a policy of denial or plead the necessity of national security secrecy.

From what I've read, the real problem at the top is with the issue of plausible deniability.

Each president has people who investigate everything there is to know about UFOs and extraterrestrial life. They really do work for the President. They intentionally withhold specific details to protect the president from investigations. The President is then free to deny any knowledge of what's going on while, at the same time, he has his agents meticulously covering everything for him. It's not that they don't trust him or respect him, just the opposite, they're actually trying to shield him and protect him.

Personally, I have never placed much credence in the MIB tales. To me they are just that..tales.
Govt agents in the 40's, 50's, and 60's and even into the 70's would have worn suits and fedoras..that was the way people dressed then...my dad did and he was a businessman. So normal agents doing investigatiuons could have easily been seen as 'MIB'. I don't buy into the other tales of pale looking, asian , or strange men over the years.

As to Elizondo....he worked in some intel capacity and so did Mellon and another man who was in the TSSA group to begin with. Could it have been organized by the cia....? sure. It would be the type of thing they have done over the years.
Could Elizondo be engaged in disinformation..? sure.
