To the exercise people. *Rant*

Normally, I do a great deal of overly explaining things, But I don't feel it should be necessary here.

So recently, My doctor told me because of my heart condition, I should be using my treadmill to walk five miles a day for a while. This will strengthen my heart.

" Long story short, I have a weak heart because the back and side of my heart are dead, I had what they called rheumatic fever as a kid, And by the time I was twelve years old The entire back and right side were dead. This is neither here nor there"

So, My doctor says, I need to be getting three to five miles a fricken day on this treadmill. Which at first you don't think is ridiculous but consider this is three hours a day on a treadmill. I've been doing this, It's been driving me up the wall. I've become irritable and somewhat of an asshole-ish bastard, I don't know if that the increased blood pressure, The bad nerves increased testosterone. Or just that deep inside everyone lives an asshole-ish bastard just yearning to be free and three hours a day on a treadmill is enough to piss him off. :hmm:

But, Damn yall, That really is a lot and the worst part is, I have this laptop that fits on my treadmill and I watch videos while I do it, But

It's so boring

I mean, Three hours, That's long enough to literally drop into a boredom coma.

So, My thing is, I've only been doing thirty minutes, My logic is, Sure, everyone talks the talk, But who among us really fucking does three hours on the treadmill every fucking day? That's literally ridiculous.

So, I've been doing thirty minutes a day every day, And My logic is, It's more than most people do, And it's better than if I didn't do any at all. Hopefully, my heart doctor will see it the same way, because fuck it all, I'm not spending my entire waking life on a treadmill.

I've heard of health nuts, But dude is health mentally Ill if he thinks I'm gonna do three hours a day on the treadmill :/

Yeah, that's 21 hours a week. Can't you join a class or do that group stationary bike thing?

I mean, It's to the point that basically my hearts kind of degrading, So, I have to stay ridiculously active just to keep it healthy-ish. I talk a mean game, But, Truthfully I have no choice, I mean even surgery isn't an option there isn't a lot they can do. and transplants never work in rheumatic fever cases it affects the arteries too. There is a long way to go yet, I'm healthier than I should be in my condition at my age, I make it sound bad, But I'm not even on heart medication yet. That's the real goal of my doctor. for my condition, I'm doing great and there is still a lot with medicine they can do :)

I just hate the treadmill is all :p

People drop weight just by removing sugar from their diet. I've limited my intake of soda, but then shift to more coffee. How about a support group with people that have similar issues?

It does honestly, Most times I try not to think about it, But, it would be a lie to say it doesn't, truthfully it rules my existence it consumes me with worry at times. But no one is promised time, Not really anyone, so I try to think, how is my situation all that different. as no one really knows their appointed time, you know? heck, I had a friend named Billy, Who never head any health problems, He passed away of a heart attack about a month ago. No one has time as a promised thing, It's all a gamble for everyone I suppose.

What happened to the guy that robbed that store? I remember you posting the video. According to the Death Clock I'll die on 12/23/2020.
The Death Clock - When Am I Going To Die?
The guy that robbed the store that night, I don't remember his name, But it was almost like instant karma, The police chased him, It caused a really bad wreck and he later passed away in the hospital brother.

I will ask Sam what that guy's name was, I think she knew it. I'll ask her when she gets home brother.

Do you live in a place where you can go for a couple of good walks outside? It's a hella lot less boring, and you might even see some interesting people along the way.

I can go more than an hour on a treadmill, but I rarely do. That would suck...
It does brother. I mean, I've been cheating at it and only doing thirty minutes a day for about five days now. I still feel healthier. I'm thinking about just doing the thirty a day and not worrying about the issue too deeply honestly.

I got my three sets in today, I hope I still feel good tomorrow.

It wasn't so bad I broke it up into sets and did it at three different times.

You mean like a bipolar person  lol Yes, I am flippy, In fact, I like that term much better than the term other people use, Wishy Washy :p

A lot of my reasoning for the exercise though is, As much as I hate it. I can tell it's helping me, I have so much more energy and I'm noticing improvements across the board. I wont want to do the three sets every day, But today was a good day :)
