If someone's opinion could be offensive on a very fundamental level and the other person never asked to be offended. And yet. to see to it, Like you are on some holy mission to disrecpect someone's beliefs by calling them bullshit and fairytales, Yeah. That's rude. There is such a thing as respect for other people. And to be honest. The (Hey I'm an atheist and I know whats best for everyone game, is not only a little old. It's somewhat fascist when you consider Nine times out of ten. It's some atheist chasing down some Believer who doesn't know them, To let them know Hey. What you believe is bullshit.
It's straight up fucking rude honestly.
Don't take this personally, It is not personal. I don't know you, How can it be personal? I'm not a fan of someone who at the point of Ridicule of others belief systems makes a point to someone else by calling their Spiritual beliefs fairy tails and Bullshit. To a person who does place importance in those beliefes, It's a very disrespectful and damaging Thing to say to another people, People say Words can hurt. And, The fact that there are rules in place to keep people from hurting each other with words proves that point. So then, Why is it okay, To walk up to another person and say hey, The principals you were raised on, The things you have believed your entire life. Well, those things are bullshit. If words can hurt. Then comments like those should be considered as a punch or an attack. And here is the thing. Is it okay to just Walk up to someone and punch them?
There is no moral high ground here. When you don't have a better answer than someone elses belief. Why offer negativity to someone who does believe? It's pointless and insulting, And let me tell you someone, One Thing I have Straight up Earned, Is to not have my intelligence insulted.

I don't care if I'm in a room of fifty Atheists and surrounded, I believe in God, My intelligence is proven Here and all over the internet. I am a highly intelligent man that believes in God, And furthermore, Someone who has no beliefes Has no Substance or value for input on the matter.

Anyway in those days I had a habit of a default reply, it was "I know" It just seemed to slip out of my mouth with him very often. Anyway this day he got me big time. He passed a comment, "Hey, I read the other day that the color of your eyes determines the color you see the best through them", you guessed it, idiot Dundee by default said, "I know" well you can imagine the reaction. What an idiot I was, but he got me good. And we had a great laugh afterwords about it.
