A typical of you, Not that I claim to know your personality super well. But you always struck me as a man with such profound intelligence that you would never fall for standard dehumanizing, well I suppose propaganda is the correct term.. either way , I know beyond a shadow of any doubt you are far more intelligent then to truly believe people can be organized into such neat and concicsove category's. . Part of the reason for the divide is that people honestly believe others are so one dimensional.. I don't believe for one moment that you don't possess the introspection to realize that most everyone has.more depth than those generalizations..
For the record , you can think whatever you want, your opinions are not on trial. I'm just kinda , taken aback...

All I need is to listen to these people speak, or read what they themselves have written. Nothing more to it. I am not here, cause some democrat or leftist said it. I can read and listen.

Sometimes, what you see or read is what you get.

I learned in my home country, with the True Finns party to never trust populists. They will promise you the moon, then when they have the power, they will betray you. They have done this twice now, both times when they got to the government. Usually they have remained as a small party in the opposition, this changed last decade, when they for some reason got huge.

Maybe I as a finn just think differently. We actually care about our poor, we actually care about our unions and human rights here, like the right to abortion. We like our government with multiple parties, not just two(or heaven forbid, one). And we remain rather secular. We have a christian party here too, but it has about 3-4 percent of the people supporting it. Not 15-20, with huge corporate lobbying influence.

I'm still waiting for that Neutral source on Project 2025. Otherwise, the closest you get is reading the thing yourself. Is my interpretation wrong, how am I supposed to take that, when that is what the damn report itself plainly offers?

How am I supposed to interpret this, even ignoring the commentary of those 2, just looking at who his VP is now and what he himself is saying(even when he denied knowing them):

It's a common tendency for people to see opposing biases as flawed, or even rooted in misinformation or misunderstanding. We all fall into this trap, myself included. Many worry about the political future, but even the political present can be overwhelming. What I find most disturbing is the divide itself—the way it disrupts our cohesion and unity. In reality, none of us, who wake up and put our shoes on one foot at a time, and who care about our families, are all that different from one another philosophically.

The divisions among us are illogical, with people fighting over perspectives that are essentially just different points of view. Meanwhile, the elite controlling class has our global governments held hostage through mechanisms like superdelegate votes, ensuring that wealth and power always outweigh the people's will when it comes to installing power. The problem isn't Christian A or Liberal B. The real problem is that freedom is an illusion, and our votes don't truly count for anything because large corporations run the globe.

I actually agree. They are all bought. But for now at least, there is still the lesser evil. Flawed democracy is still better than fascism, or even hints of such.

And who is more for large corporations in your country, democrats or republicans? Trump himself has promised big taxcuts to the richest. Elon Musk is now behind him, hmm, I wonder why . You think he really is fighting for the common man? He is part of them elites. The corporations love him, they love the republicans.

And you get more direct control through fascism than democracy. I guess they learned it from the other superpowers, and some of them want to implement it now? They will just claim their mandate comes from "God".

We know what their actual God is. Money and power.

I want to exercise a freedom in a unique way.. this year , to give Spiff weight in his conversations. I give him my American Vote , whomever he chooses , I'm gonna go and vote for that guy.. why am I doing this. Because ,I want his voice to mean as much in these discussions as any Americans would...

The deal is done .

I would vote for the democratic candidate, Biden or whoever steps in his place, if I were there. Not taking chances.

Jack Ruby may have acted on an impulse. Been a while since I read this be was known to be armed and known by the Dallas PD. It wasn't that unusual for him to be there. He ran nightclubs and supplied prostitutes.

Doesn't sound like he planned on being there long.

He left his dog in his car.

Does that sound like a 'wet team' of professional assassins cleaning up ? With a beagle ?

No. It isn't. He was a bullied dork that had threatened to 'shoot up' his school at one point.

He may be the prime example of Revenge of the Nerds.

MSNBC is pushing the 'it's not real' and conspiracy theory hard and heavy. Of the news feeds I follow I leaven that with Breitbart News just to keep my hip deep propaganda balanced.

Theres big rumors that Biden is quitting, and the Democratic Candidate is up for graps soon. Harris might do it if she chooses vp.

Yes he will be bowing out this weekend from what I've heard...

He'll likely stay in office and finish his term but they'll have to run Harris. Realistically I don't know if they could parachute someone else in there at this point or not.

If it's Harris then everything critical directed at her will naturally be labeled racist and white supremist. That's probably what we'll be hearing the next few months.

Florida man arrested for 'written threats to kill' Trump, Vance days after assassination attempt

A Florida man was accused of making "written threats to kill" former President Trump and Sen. JD Vance and their families just days after a Pennsylvania man attempted to assassinate the 45th president.

The Jupiter Police Department announced that 68-year-old Michael M. Wiseman was arrested on Friday for charges for written threats to kill.

Authorities alleged that Wiseman wrote threats against the Republican presidential nominee and vice presidential nominee on his Facebook account and also made to members of the Trump and Vance families.

The police department said it was notified of the threats, including bodily harm, by multiple members of the community.

Jupiter, Florida is about 20 miles, or an approximately 30-minute drive, north of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in Palm Beach.

"JPD coordinated the investigation with the United States Secret Service and the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office," the department said. "JPD officers took Wiseman into custody without incident."
