It contains many unique documents "under the seals" concerning secret government programs related to UFOs. Cooper was threatened for a long time and tried to sue, but he had a firm civic position, and he was not afraid of anything. On June 28, 2001, he reasonably predicted the imminent inevitability of large-scale terrorist attacks in the United States, which occurred 2.5 months later, and Cooper was killed less than 2 months later.
Being a brilliant analyst and a born speaker, Cooper drew a number of paradoxical conclusions based on a wealth of factual and documentary material. In particular, the fact that the UFO phenomenon, as a rule, is not what the public has been taught for decades. These objects are often observed in the area of military bases and facilities, not only because alien modules "study" them, but also simply because "they have a garage there." But it is clear that control over these developments is such that neither the military nor the presidents are given such weapons in their hands. B. Cooper reports that in 1954, the U.S. government came into contact with the so-called race of "gray" aliens. They landed at the Edwards Air Force Base and President Eisenhower participated in the negotiations with them. At the same time, a formal agreement was signed, which, according to Bill Cooper, stated that:
"the aliens will not interfere in our affairs, and we, in turn, will not interfere in their experiments. We will keep the fact of their presence on our planet a secret. They will provide us with advanced technology and help our technological development. They will not enter into such agreements with any other earthly nation. They will be able to kidnap people for a short period of time for medical research and observation, provided that the latter are not harmed and they are returned to the same place where the abduction took place, without remembering anything about what happened. The aliens will regularly keep a report on human contacts and abductions... An agreement was also concluded that underground bases would be built for the aliens, two of which were to be jointly used by the aliens and the United States government. Technology will be exchanged at these bases."
Soon two things allegedly became clear:
1. The Greys ignored the terms of the agreement and began abducting a much larger number of people than promised. They also mutilated people and animals. The Greys justified themselves by saying that they were an endangered race and needed new genetic material to continue their kind.
2. Our weapons couldn't match theirs. Therefore, we had to maintain the appearance of friendly relations, at least until we reached the required level of weapons and were able to resist the aliens. Of course, these studies were conducted under the heading of "top secret".
Thus, far-advanced technologies controlled by secret organizations are adjacent to real extraterrestrial objects.
Considering that military structures associated with space exploration inevitably had to deal with ufological phenomena, here are a few more official quotes. But that's not all... The Vatican's chief astronomer, Father Jose Gabriel Funes, said that "it is normal to believe in aliens." Theologian Corrado Balducci spoke on television with even greater certainty.: "We can no longer guess whether this is true or not... There are some circumstances that allow us to say with certainty that the existence of these (extraterrestrial) beings is real. There can be no doubt about it."
