Sighting Details


From my back patio i observed a bright pulsating and erratically moving set of four lights that appeared fixed in a gravitational lock while the formation moved up/down, right/left and pulsated many bright blended colors. it moved from the west towards the south maintaining the same average elevation of 15 degrees. my wife saw it with me.

it closely resembled similar series of sighting one the late spring and early summer of 2016. i felt excited by the sighting and went inside to get my nikon d7500 dslr with 300mm zoom. i got several pictures most of which were blurry, but one is very sharp and captured the object features.

there was only 1 sphere shaped object with surface conformal lights radiating in 4 directions. the projection radiated from a rectangular section that was grey in color on the bottom of the sphere.

the projection conformed to the surface of the object and looked like the letter y with the bottom of the y connected to the corners of the rectangle. see attached picture.

It's a nice photo, better than many UFO images and taken with a good camera but still remains unidentified...

Right, I may say this too but once you analyze the photo it's obvious there is not a tree in the image...

Based on the image its not obvious to me......as the images appear to be identical. All you can say is there is a light sources that is partially blocked by other objects. The darker portion in the center of the "object" looks to be one of the craters you can see on the lunar surface.

What kind of analyses to you perform on the image?

There are no other objects in that image, you are assuming and guessing...

I used Gimp and checked for any layers or hidden objects in the mostly dark areas and used all the software's imaging settings to exaggerate the image in every way...That does not appear to be the moon at all and there are no objects hidden in the dark anywhere in the image...Here is one screen shot I saved when I checked the image this morning...

I never said there was any other objects in the image......they'd have been blocked out by the trees. Nope not guessing or assuming......just making a simple observation. Its easy to see that whatever the object is it is round.

Apologies......I thought we were discussing visible objects.

Actually with your own screen shot you brought out the rest of the glowing object so we can see that it is round and is behind objects we can't see. The objects we can't see are very thin so when you brought up the "gain/lightness" the remainder of the object can be seen.

Yes it does look more round but there is nothing obstructing the object, there's no other objects in front of it or around it...

What I meant my other objects is whether it was a clear sky in the photo without obstruction except for that ufo, no trees or buildings or anything...

Come to think of it.....that's even assuming its in the sky.

How much of the beginning image did you use in your screen shot? Like percentage wise.
