Yes, that's what is happening. I live about 10 miles from a volcano and there are a great many sightings near the peak.

There's a couple of races in the Russian Alien Race Book that meander around volcanos. The information on the Sylths came from Emily Windsor-Cragg.

Sylths- They’re also called Oh’s. According to Emily Windsor-Cragg they look like donuts and are Coders. They have access to the codes for all life. These codes can be pulled from geometric shapes, light and by keying into the field. Yahweh is the king of Sylths. They like to hang out near a volcano in Mexico. They can be seen on YouTube videos hovering around the Gemini capsules while in orbit.
Kalenia- They come from Aquila Constellation near star Tarazed. They’ve colonized three planets and have a life span of 150 years. They’re often sighted in northern Africa and the Sahara region. They first visited Earth around 300 BC. They don’t conduct abductions and their main interest in Earth is its minerals. They were last sighted in 2003 near a volcano in Iceland.
Tarice- Their origin is unknown and there are often seen flying by or near volcanos. They have never contacted humans and there are no reports of violence or abductions. Even though they’re discreet their presence on Earth is frequent and they do not try to hide from view. There are several contradicting reports about their appearances. They were last sighted in 2000 of the coast of Norway.

OK, another day, and I still don't have any Video for you, although perhaps I should create this as a video and upload it to the CCP channel, or Youtube.
The Sumerian word Din is defined as "to be good, to be sweet," and also as "blood". I believe that this refers to the goodness of the sky gods and goddesses and the fact that the myths tell us that they donated their blood in order to create the human race as a worker group.
Their word Gir2 is defined as "daggar, scorpion, sword, blade."
But when it came time to create a phrase or word that would stand as the symbol for their sky gods and sky goddesses, they combined these two into DINGIR, but used a completely different symbol to designate it.
DINGIR is found in nearly all of their clay tablets, and its the star symbol you see just before the name of a sky god or goddess.
But to me it seems that it was really meant to indicate much more, as we shall see.
Here are those symbols, in both the earliest form (4000 BC) and later classical period forms (2900 BC)
And it caused me to wonder. If the two symbols that DINGIR can break down to represent the idea
of good, or blood, plus a sword or dagger shape, and the combination is a star shape, and all of these
relate to the theme of sky gods and goddesses, are they perhaps the shapes of UFOs that were being
observed in that early period of human history? Here's why I suggest this idea:

Sure was nice to see this, thanks. And no, to my knowledge the Russian satellites and Nazi Bells do not have clear Sumerian symbols on the side as this one did. This is one of the many that I have translated and will be in my upcoming work.

I wrote this guy an email, and asked him for just one thing - who was it that drew the image of the symbols prior to the Army's arrival. As a native and a professional reporter of the Kecksburg UFO I thought he would simply dash off a reply, one author to another. He wrote back three weeks later and said he was too busy to answer questions. Important person, you know?

Well, I think he was actually a double agent. They wiped his employment records and education they say, but then "forgot" about his W2 form, which they were able to "obtain". Does that even sound reasonable to anyone? And then he talks, without getting shot. So I would say he is still a govt. employee of some type, but perhaps in the propaganda dept.
