That guy is making a misleading conclusion from his own work. It is one possibility that object was stationary, other possibilities are that it was slowly moving. One can't produce exact solution without having more data, either exact size or location of the object. Only defo thing is that object was slightly above the planes as its flying above vapour trails.
Phoenix lights part 2.... if the Phoenix Lights were in fact flares [and I believe that they were distraction-based intentionally placed flares] ... then these in the Twitter video are near enough identical for me to be satisfied that they are the same kind of military Flares being dropped in some military training/exercise. Only thing I can think of is that military flares are dropped with intention of illuminating an area. Light coming out of flares is strong enough to illuminate an areas so that soldiers can shoot at each other. But these "flares" are not bright enough so that one can see people or buildings on the ground. So, that leads to a simple conclusion that, these are no flares.
flares were dropped --but some time after the sightings of the anomalous object(s), which was clearly seen by many. It seems like it was a hasty attempt to cover up what had happened before, and confuse things. Most of the footage --perhaps almost all that was taken-- was of the flares that were dropped later.
