There were lots of sightings in South America I remember , some where they said the UFOs were siphoning off water out of backyard swimming pools at night . May have been Argentina.

On November 2, 1967, immediate third-degree contact occurred in the Ririe region of Idaho, USA, with two young Navajo native Americans, Will Begay, and Guy Tossie. They drove down Highway 26 when they noticed a small discoid object pop up on the highway.
This object had a transparent dome where it was possible to observe two humanoid-looking crew members. There was a little band circling the object where there were little lights flashing in the green and orange colors. The object slowly descended onto the highway blocking the passage of the vehicle where it silently hovered.
The dome opened and one of the beings exited levitating toward the vehicle. This crewman was about three feet tall and carried a backpack attached to his back. His face was oval and his skin was intensely bumpy and wrinkled. He had two small round eyes with a straight, straight mouth. His ears were grids and protruding from his hairless head.
