This one I have seen in Al Bielek's account of being in the future.
Bottom of the page. The caption says he's from Sirius A and has a cobra patch on his chest.

I recall the story about that box looking guy. If I recall correctly and it's the same story it exited a craft and must have used some sort of frequency to access the holographic software that is our reality. It opened a lid on the ground and the depiction was of light/the light emanating from it. Maybe he/they were there to fix a glitch in the program.

Flame Case - 1967
The UFO was about 100 meters from the two witnesses, when Mr. Cohen decided to approach cautiously. He observed that two beings come from inside the ship. They appeared to be human, but they could not see their faces, for they wore a sort of overalls attached to the body that even covered their heads. They slid over the body of the object as if they were using skates, but when they moved they did not move their legs.
In the soil they walked normally and descended towards the Tietê river that passed near the place. Before, however, they took a vessel under the ship and took it with them. One of the crew seemed to be carrying a kind of gun that looked more like a flamethrower. They did not move their fingers, just their thumbs pretending to be wearing Eskimo gloves.

Domsten, Sweden - December 20, 1958
Hans Gustavsson, 35, and Stig Rydberg, 30, saw something in the woods and stopped their car to observe it. They found a disk about 5 m wide set on a tripod. All of a sudden they were attacked by four gray-colored creatures described as “fluid,” but one witness reached the car and blew the horn for help. The beings fled and the craft took off, emitting “paralyzing vibrations.”

On the night of June 9, 1971, Mrs. Esther Clappison, a middle-aged woman, witnessed the exploratory activities of three humanoid beings who had arrived in a transparent, box-shaped craft, a short distance from her home of farm.
She described the curious spectacle:
"On June 9, my attention was drawn to a light coming in through the windows, I could not understand what that was, so I turned around and went to the front of the house, where there is a porch. by my old yellow dog named George.When I arrived there I was surprised to see an object of rectangular shape, illuminated, resting on the ground, at the intersection of two roads.
One end of the nave seemed to have been opened, revealing an interior lit by a diffuse, opaque, white light. Mrs. Clappison barely had time to recover from the shock, when she saw two human-looking figures moving inside the device. As his eyes grew accustomed to the darkness, his fears were confirmed: though the figures reminded humans, they seemed, unmistakably, aliens.
Then he noticed the presence of a third person, outside the ship, on the opposite side of the road, in a crouched position. From where he stood, the beings looked as if they wore tight green-brown uniforms similar to the diver's clothes. He could not distinguish the features of the three humanoids since their heads were covered with a transparent cloth. His attention was drawn above all to the hands of creatures:
"They looked like boxing gloves, not exactly like ski gloves, you know, they had only very bulging thumbs ending in ends. That's why they found it so hard to catch the rocks."
