Israel launches 'preemptive strikes' on Iran as explosions are heard across Tehran: Jerusalem declares 'special state of emergency' and braces for all-out-war

Explosions heard in Tehran after US warned 'Israel was planning to hit Iran's nuclear

The IDF has launched preemptive strikes against Iran and a state of emergency has been declared in Israel, according to the country's Defense Minister Israel Katz. 'Following the State of Israel's preemptive strike against Iran, a missile and drone attack against the State of Israel and its civilian population is expected in the immediate future' Katz said in a statement. Iranian state media outlet IRNA reported repeated explosions could be heard in Tehran.

Bad news for Ukraine, because all the bombs and missiles will now go to Israel.

Its now obvious that pre-planed war with Iran was the reason why DT wanted a peace in Ukraine, so he can funnel weapons into Israel. DT is extremely pro-Jewish, he moved US embassy to Jerusalem despite widespread contraversy. So DT is prepared for elevated risk levels when supporting Israel.

So, obviously, over the last four months Trump was not placating Putin, he was placating Netanyahu for a simple reason that if he's going to attack Iran, while ethnically clensing Gaza, Netanyahu would need lots of weapons, not to mention them Patriot missiles that are in a short supply because of production bottleneck, and there is such a high demand from all the allies, like EU, Israel, Taiwan, Japan, etc., plus sidekicks like Ukrainians. Essentialy Trump wanted truce in Ukraine, not because he loves peace, but so he can weaponise Israel. On the end Ukraine didn't get anything, it all went to Israel.

As a matter of the fact Iran is actually low on long range weapons. The last time they shot at Israel they only had 200 missiles of which almost all were intercepted. Now they responded with "only" 100 drones. Ukrainians and Russians would exchange 500 just for warming up before lunch brake. Essentially this is one-in-life-time chance for US and Israel to exaust and topple the regime in Iran.

Its all square once you understand what a big plan is.

As I mentioned earlier they had teams on the ground to do this and I can't help but wonder if they were all Israeli. I find it hard to believe we just sat back with our hands in our pockets, no doubt we shared all sorts of intelligence.

Good for them, obviously that was headed nowhere good. How can you negotiate with people chanting 'death to America' and calling for the destruction of Israel ? Seems to me that if Hamas failed to take hostages and Iran stopped with the enrichment program then their respective ****holes and leaders would be intact.

They've already said they'll open a new enrichment facility. Guess what happens to that one? Even underground the Israelis will compromise it somehow.

I wouldn' t mind at all if Iranians got a normal secular govenment, instead of fanatical, but useless, headbangers who are bent on exporting medeival social norms all over the world.

We occasionally get glimpses of resistance - I believe during COVID there were some. Like Hamas the hardliners are working for themselves and their own agenda not for the people they claim to represent. Without an enemy to rail against and give them purpose they offer nothing.

My dog loathes the UPS truck as if it were The Great Satan but if she actually caught it one day her brain would fall out her left ear, she wouldn't know what to do ......

You cannot, but that didn't stop previous presidents from appeasing those heathens and providing them with the resources or funding they need...It is asinine to think they would play nice...

The next attacks will be even MORE brutal, Trump warns Iran after Israel wiped out its military leadership and hit nuclear sites from secret drone base

President Donald Trump is threatening Iran to agree to a nuclear deal or face further attacks that will be 'even more brutal' following Israel's shock attack on its nuclear and military facilities.

Overnight, Operation Rising Lion targeted sites in Tehran as well as Iran's nuclear facilities in a devastating wave of air strikes - escalating fears the Middle East is on the brink of all-out war.

Explosions boomed across the Iranian capital as simultaneous raids targeted buildings believed to be the homes of senior military commanders and advisers.

Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu said the sophisticated operation, which involved a barrage of explosive-laden drones and more than 200 Israeli jets, targeted an Iranian nuclear facility in Natanz as well as the country's ballistic missile program thanks to a secret drone base set up in Iran by Mossad.

Though the US initially sought to distance itself from the attack, Trump has now told Iran: 'There is still time to make this slaughter, with the next already planned attacks being even more brutal, before there is nothing left.'

He said in a post to Truth Social: 'I gave Iran chance after chance to make a deal. I told them, in the strongest of words, to 'just do it,' but no matter how hard they tried, no matter how close they got, they just couldn't get it done.

'I told them it would be much worse than anything they know, anticipated, or were told, that the United States makes the best and most lethal military equipment anywhere in the World, BY FAR, and that Israel has a lot of it, with much more to come - And they know how to use it.

'Certain Iranian hardliners spoke bravely, but they didn't know what was about to happen. They are all DEAD now, and it will only get worse!

As a matter of fact, those headbanging lunatics are laughing stock of the world, because for years they were infiltrated by Israeli spies. So much so that Israel knew home address of all their generals and scientists of whoom are many killed in this raid.

That's what is actually sad for a group who puts so much pride in security and terrorising ordinary people.

Nuclear site destroyed and military chiefs wiped out as Israel unleashes airstrikes after setting up secret base INSIDE Iran - as conflict threatens to boil over into WW3

Israel launched an unprecedented offensive against arch foe Iran overnight using jets and a secret drone base near Tehran to batter nuclear and missile launch facilities and decapitate military command, leaving the region teetering on the brink of all-out war. Operation Rising Lion, as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has dubbed it, is the culmination of years of research and planning by Israel's military and Mossad intelligence agency to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons. It also constitutes the greatest threat Iran has faced since its full-scale 1980s war with Iraq, with Mossad agents having built a secret base on Iranian soil from which attack drones emerged to destroy Tehran's surface-to-air and ballistic systems.

This daring covert mission, illustrated by incredible footage of the drones honing in on missile launchers, crippled Iran's air defences and allowed Israel's war planes to launch their attacks with impunity. Netanyahu styled the shocking attacks as a 'pre-emptive strike' on Iran's fledgling nuclear programme, warning that intelligence suggested Tehran was 'approaching the point of no return' in its decades-long pursuit of a nuclear deterrence. But the strikes not only targeted dozens of military and nuclear installations, including Iran's prized Natanz Fuel Enrichment Plant (NEP), they also eliminated the upper echelon of the Islamic Republic's military command structure.

Armed Forces Chief of Staff Mohammad Bagheri, Commander of the Revolutionary Guards (IRGC), Hossein Salami, IRGC Aerospace Forces commander Amir Ali Hajizadeh and Commander of Khatem al-Anbiya (Emergency Command), Khatem-Gulam Ali Rashid were all confirmed dead along with several other high-ranking figures. A host of Iran's leading nuclear scientists including Dr. Mohammad Mehdi Tehranchi, project supervisor of the Islamic Republic's Amad plan to test nuclear weapons, and Fereydoon Abbasi, the former head of Iran's Atomic Energy Organisation, also perished in the attacks. Analysts warned Israel's attacks went far beyond the level necessary to cripple Iran's nuclear programme and could be seen as an attempt to 'destabilise the regime'.

Around 200 US-made fighter jets were used in the attacks, dropping hundreds of munitions on more than 100 targets. But Israeli officials have vowed the operation will continue for 'as long as it takes' to achieve their desired aims, raising the prospect of a full-scale war should Iran be forced to respond to further offensives. Tehran this morning announced Israel's attacks amounted to a 'declaration of war'. The dramatic escalation only intensifies an already perilous security climate in the Middle East amid Israel's ongoing war in Gaza, the recent fall of Syria's President Bashar al-Assad and ongoing attacks by Yemen's Houthi rebels.

Israel says it tricked Iranian Air Force leaders into meeting before deadly strikes

An Israeli security official told Fox News that Israel was able to trick top commanders of Iran's air force into gathering for a meeting. “We carried out specific activities to help us learn more about them, and then used that information to influence their behavior,” the official said. “We knew this would lead them to meet — but more importantly, we knew how to keep them there.” The official added that the strikes were more successful than Israel had anticipated. According to the source, air defense systems and ballistic missiles that were intended for use against Israel were preemptively targeted.

Ballistic missiles rain down on Tel Aviv with 'at least seven sites hit' including residential buildings... as US military drawn into defense effort and Iran vows America will pay 'a heavy price'

Iran has launched a barrage of ballistic missiles towards Israel as it enacts 'painful revenge' following attacks on its nuclear sites, Iranian media reports. The Israeli military said it is operating to intercept the threat and warned its entire population to remain close to 'protected spaces' like bomb shelters. Air sirens are sounding and loud blasts have been heard in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, according to local media.

An Israeli military official said: 'Dozens of Iranian ballistic missiles are en route to Israel. 'The people of Israel have been instructed to remain in bomb shelters until further notice.' The Israel Defence Forces had warned its attack on Tehran could last up to two weeks as Iranian military commanders and top officials were blown up in their headquarters and homes in a coordinated strike last night.

Operation Rising Lion targeted military sites in Iran as well as nuclear facilities in a devastating wave of air strikes - escalating fears the Middle East is on the brink of all-out war. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the sophisticated operation targeted an Iranian nuclear facility in Natanz as well as the country's ballistic missile program.

Iran vowed to enact 'painful revenge' after the strikes, with Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei warning Israel will face 'severe punishment'. Washington distanced itself from the strikes and warned Iran not to attack US bases in the region in retaliation, while Tehran warned that the US would pay 'a heavy price' along with Israel.

I worked out one very interesting thing.

Israel is always attacking Iran either on Fridays, like this time, or early on Saturdays.

Reason is prettey obvious, that's when Oil market is either close to closing, or closed. Because, hostilities will die down by Monday morning and picture willl stabilize that would minimise disruption to financial markets.

As well, therre is a large proportion of Jews running New Yourk financial sector, as whell for the most part these are the guys who are financing Israel, so Israel would want to minimise the damage to them.

Israel's air defenses are working but are unable to intercept everything - I don't think they were realistically expected to. I believe at this point the US is assisting quite a bit, I even heard Macron say that France will help defend Israel if asked.

I'm sure every Iranian fixed launch location has been targeted and they know what the men inside them had for lunch. For mobile launchers maybe well be seeing another Scud Hunt circa 2025. In any case, Iran's military assets are not increasing. I heard talk of their energy production and distribution being targeted and that's going to hurt.

Problem is that this one looks like its going to escallate.

Israel hit where it hurts too much, by killing all the military leaders. That makes Iran regime look very valnerable to local Iranian population. One needs to wait to see how strong Israel's response will be in next few days. If Israel can pull off another show of strenght, then Iranian gov. might shake.

its a strange war, because sides don't share border, so they both have to use air-space of neighbouring countries, who are becoming unwilling partners.

I doubt the people who make such missiles have been sitting on their hands, more likely they're drooling over the additional $$$ they will reap. I'd also imagine any non-kinetic missile interceptor program just got a serious boost.

Here people at wedding party (presumably Tel Aviv) are dancing and filiming falling missiles:

I think UK should start stockpiling these air-defence missiles in their thousands. Dump that stupid 3rd aircraf carrier when we don't have enough planes for current two carriers, and pile up on AA missiles.
