I'll be heading out on my MTB for a 40 km run at 09'00 this very morning and it will prob only be 5° Deg C then. If its feels cold just pedal harder,, lol

Back home., It was very refreshing.. chilly .. stopped by the seafront and rested midway for 15 mins.. There was no wind and the water was so blank and still that it reflected the overcast sky perfectly.. Distant islands looked like they were suspended in midair...
So bright..

Nah, the snow melted awy past week. Only pockets left.

It was some kind of atmospheric overcast condition, making the calm sea reflect all the light from the dim sun in my face .. The sea looked exactly like the sky.. mirror effect

Was just resting on a logg 2 meters from the water...

We had lovely weather yesterday. Must have hit about 18°C. Now down to 8°C and pissing it down.

Only had snow a couple of weeks ago...

Good old British weather!

How hot was it in the deep south ? And what ever happened with the Noobs ?

Yesterday 3 young girls went through the ice in a small lake not far from here.. They all survived. 1 in hospital..

Today,, more MTB.. Im gonna get super fit, in time for beach 2018 :laugh8:

Sunshine and 65 degrees outside, but I'm indoors, saw the oral surgeon this morning, my jaw is sore and I have a headache as a result of the dental work done...
