It's very dry and the soil is like cement. We normally get a least a few showers during the summer.

For the last 4-5 days i`ve been waitin on rain to see how well i sealed up around the chimney and also to see if the work to the yard helped in drainage away from the house and hopefully divert water away from going down the drive so much. last night we was suppost to get alot of rain but it just sprinkled all night while 30 miles to the west its been downpouring since last night , but just awhile ago a tornado popped up in the county below us thats coming up our way. jeez

Autumn is definitely here now after Michael went through us, lows in mid 40s and highs in the high 60s or low 70s...Loving this weather, sunshine or party cloudy skies, light breeze, perfect climate right now imo...The leaves haven't changed colours yet but any day now...

Supposed to be in the mid 30s here later tonight, it's been a mixture of hot/cold days off and on but it seems like the cold is definitely coming in to stay... A few days of rain last week, but my favorite part has to be the leaves changing and the colder weather... Fall is the best :Alien:

Well tomorrow night temps will be below freezing, there will mostly likely be frost on my car early Monday morning when I go to work...Today its cool and 65 degrees right now, the rain finally stopped, been drizzling all morning and early afternoon...

There was frost on the lawn this past Thursday morning. I am hoping that lawn mowing season is soon at an end. I am still waiting to see the trees start to change color. Hard to believe Halloween is almost upon us.
