Justice League Dark 2017 is another good DC animation movie, I really enjoyed this one, has Swamp thing and Constantine in it...

Both are good movies, I've seen them twice, however I liked Reign of the Supermen a little more lol...

I loved the 1978 Superman movie with Christopher Reeve and Margot Kidder. I feel even more sentimental about it now when I think about the tragedy that Kidder experienced afterwards (mental illness and psychotic episodes) and the tragedy that Reeve experienced (an accident that left him paralyzed). I loved the chemistry they shared onscreen. I especially loved the fact that, even though the movie was a poignant drama, it was not afraid to poke fun at itself.

I know I'm probably going to get slammed for saying this but, the notion that Lois Lane, shrewd investigative reporter, could not figure out that Clark Kent was really Superman is embarrassingly silly. He put on a pair of glasses... what a disguise! So much of the original Superman mythology was downright silly that they needed to handle it with a sense of humor.

Comic book and movie interpretations of superheroes nowadays are always so dark and serious. I wish they would try to have a little more fun with their stories.

I would say Wonder Women is the best film out of them all.

I agree with you on the Harley Quinn film. Felt like it was tying to be Deadpool to much.

Not sure how far you got with it but the feminist undertones within the film became a little grating. Wonder Women was perfect in this regards but the Harley Quinn film was a subtle as a sledgehammer. If you notice, the vast majority of the men were the bad guys (if not all) and the females the "good guys". Doesn't make it a bad film but it was a bit in your face.

I just finished Reign. It was pretty good, even better than Death.
I wonder if they will do anything with
Luthor joining the Justice Leaague. lol
