Two enormous sirloin steaks off the grill last night. Caveman style - just the meat and a couple of Yuengling Porters to wash it down.

Just ran out of time to make side dishes - didn't need them as it turns out.

Oh, everything's different now. I eat Tuna and crackers and drink Coke Zero, You would think that would be a hard learning curb but Tuna is pretty awesome.

It's better than being always in pain you wouldn't believe what a structured diet can do for a person's health. I feel like a kid again.

I had a taste for some eggs, which I haven't eaten in a few months, so I scrambled some eggs and chopped in some turkey sausage and sliced then seasoned and fried some potatoes I grew in my garden this past spring/summer, this dish was very delicious, cooked an extra egg and sausage for my dog, he was happy...

Went with a friend to an Irish Pub in town, had fish and chips and a couple Stellas...Good service, food wasn't bad at all, I don't eat fried food much, but this was tasty...

Cooked some sushi rice in the rice cooker and baked a turkey breast pre-seasoned and marinated with Cajun flavoured spices and seasonings, opened a jar of canned green beans and fried up a small batch for dinner with some herbs and a lil butter...It came together good for a quick dinner, and there's leftovers...Kobi likes the turkey, I didn't give him too much of it, it was hot as in spicy, his stomach may not handle spicy food well, I don't know...

Well, My stomach is healed, But My diet needed to change forever, I gave up sugar and Breads.
You would think this would be a problem, It's really not, There is an adjustment phase of about two weeks but, when you are used to eating without bread, you begin to wonder why you ever did, Believe it or not, food actually tastes better when you aren't deluding it with equal portions of wheat grain. I honestly think Bread became part of the human diet because it's so cheap and easy to make and you can make a small amount of food go further with a bunch of bread.

Anyway, I didn't mean to lose track, Giving up the sugar and the bread was easy after those two weeks. Now bread just tastes funny to me. and sugar just tastes like, Well, Sugar is fucking amazing, What do you want me to say? It is.. lol I still had to give it up though.

For breakfast, I had Sausage and Eggs and a glass of grape juice, and like three apple slices It wasn't bad. More energy, Less stomach hurty. I'm Game.

I hear that. Cholesterol for me - thankfully no need of statins. Once I took a real look at what I had been eating it was obvious. So, no cheese, milk, butter, eggs, have to watch the meat I eat. Editing was in order and eight months later I really do feel much better - your body doesn't miss things after a while. God though, steak & eggs washed down with a couple of cold glasses of milk .... oooh oooh oooh .....

This stuff, I'm not supposed to have these they are full of grains and nuts and stuff that's bad for my stomach condition. But they're pretty good...
