Well, My stomach is healed, But My diet needed to change forever, I gave up sugar and Breads.
You would think this would be a problem, It's really not, There is an adjustment phase of about two weeks but, when you are used to eating without bread, you begin to wonder why you ever did, Believe it or not, food actually tastes better when you aren't deluding it with equal portions of wheat grain. I honestly think Bread became part of the human diet because it's so cheap and easy to make and you can make a small amount of food go further with a bunch of bread.
Anyway, I didn't mean to lose track, Giving up the sugar and the bread was easy after those two weeks. Now bread just tastes funny to me. and sugar just tastes like, Well, Sugar is fucking amazing, What do you want me to say? It is.. lol I still had to give it up though.
For breakfast, I had Sausage and Eggs and a glass of grape juice, and like three apple slices It wasn't bad. More energy, Less stomach hurty. I'm Game.
