Tonight for dinner, three veggie sausages chopped into a stir fry of rice, carrot slices and broccoli and a splash of soy sauce and sweet tea...

Still have three bottles of Don Roldofo Malbec 2005, bought six in 2005, an excellent year for that wine brand...They lost me as a customer two years later when they switched from a cork to a screw on lid, that lasted a year, then they went back to the cork, I still haven't bought another bottle of theirs since...I think I might open one of those three gems this weekend...

Today was the first time that the temperature was high enough to sit out in our garage and sample a cigar and whisky. I had a glass of Lagavulin 9 YO (Game of Thrones) along with an El Galan cigar.

The Lagavulin woukd be a very good everyday whisky. It won't compete with the regular line of whiskies. This is rated at 46%ABV.

I just finished some tomato soup and a grilled ham and cheese sandwich...The last time I ate this was in a Cuban Restaurant in the city...They served a green tomato soup and it was so delicious, the grilled cheese sandwich they served was a perfect supporting element to that soup and made the whole lunch dish spectacular...That was about 7 years ago...
