I cooked up a couple Bison filet mignon for dinner, first time cooking that cut of Bison and boy was it good, so tender and full of flavor, my knife went through it like butter lol...I found a simple recipe online that used a rub along with making some gravy that utilized the juices from the cooked meat...Outstanding recipe, I followed it perfectly, that 11 dollar cut of Bison was the best steak I had all year...Kobi loved it too of course and ate his faster than I ate mine lol... Question. My Yankee wife(lol) says i make Tea wrong. I was shown by my grandparents that were from Louisiana,( maybe they did it wrong i dont know) We both do the same thing to make a gal, except she puts sugar in the pitcher first than the hot tea and stirs it, than the ice. I put the sugar in the pitcher first and than the hot tea and than the ice on top and than i stir. Her way it come out soft tasting watery taste. My way its has strong tea taste. Oh well just wondering.to each their own i guess. but her family never had sugered tea till they came to Oklahoma so ha
I never have sugar in my tea. Coffee I do but never tea. What sort of tea do you drink ? I drink Nettle tea mostly.
