So far, I think it is most likely that some of Bob's story is true, or at least more probable than not. It is not unreasonable to presume that he did work at Los Alamos at some point and could very well have met Edward Teller. His name does appear in a directory for the facility. George Knapp says that he and Bob visited Los Alamos and Bob was quite familiar with the place. Los Alamos is a big place and it seems quite plausible that he could have worked there as a lab technician or research assistant of some type.
He could have spent some time at A51 and/or S4. Perhaps he worked there some as part of his duties at Los Alamos. Thousands of people have worked there over the decades, and there is the DNI W2 form. It has been reported that DNI has had many projects at A51, so this is plausible. The W2 has a very low amount of income on it, so Bob probably did not work there very long. It would be interesting to see Bob's other W2's for that time period and see where this one falls in.
Beyond that, I'm not ready to buy anything from Bob's story. I think it is very likely that he was angry at being fired over the UFO watching incident, and so decided to get them back with a fantastic story that would draw alot of attention to a place that is both highly restricted and does not exist.
