i think i have found an impact crater

i was fidling with an map website named zoom.earth when i fgound something that looks to me to be an meteoritic crater in the canadian wilderness : Zoom Earth - Explore satellite and aerial images of the Earth
thoughts?

It looks like when I push my fist deep

in a bed/pillow, twist my fist :unsure8:

and then take my fist out.

It looks like it could be....but there are other roundish structures thought could be caused by folding.

Feed the coordinates into the known impacts.....there are around 180 documented impacts or so.

you can look here.......it does look like fold structures now that I took a closer look.

none of those are near my crater, the nearest one is in the ocean!

Like I said it looks like structural folds and not an impact to me......but you can always contact someone about it if you'd like.

In this case there are other round structures in the immediate area.....but to confirm it you'd need boots on the ground.

Whatever the case its an amazing structure.

There are other types of round structures.....they don't have to be impact craters. Also not all impact craters are round......but in this case the answer would require boots on the ground.

yup, the only way to confirm is to find any meteoritic material

If they find shocked quartz you'd have your answer.......pieces of meteor would help too.

Hey, if you want to find an impact crater go out where that flat earther is launching his rocket...

The feature does appear to have concentric rings of material.

Just how big is it?

sadly zoom.earth doesnt have an ruler tool so its hard to measure its size
