Banks turning down people for loans, Because of the way they identify?

Let me start off, I have nothing against anybody because of the Color or Sex they are born. Nor do I care what you do in your Bedrooms. That is your business. Now that being said, Why is it a Banks Business? What does it Have to do with you getting a Loan if you are Black or White, Gay or Straight?
