Well maybe, but while I'm a city kid my parents were not. They would point to things and ask us whether or not we could see the person or animal spirit that was there. There's no need to claim it was created by human hands, rather each world has a spirit and the intelligence of the spirit may be reflected in the creations of nature. That may be why these formations exist here, on Mars, and probably across the galaxy.
