Here is a good video about "deep state". This guy is good journalist, in a sense that he's relatively neutral and he digs up good stuff:

View: https://youtu.be/tWxh2oS7Ays

Morning was smarter then evening. I had a thought overnight about that video. Journalist did a mish-mash job, some things he found were good some were just conspiracy theories.

If I had to make such a hard decision, like Kennedy did, that would affect my family and families of millions of other people, first thing I would do would be to clear my head and make some distance between myself and a problem, so I can see things clearly. And that's all that Kennedy did, He went to a party organised by a bunch of lawyers and legal people, who were probably all the same generation and knew each other from university or workplaces. There is nothing sinister in that, They were just chilling out, like everybody else. Senior high court judge is not going to try to cast his influence on questions of war and diplomacy, etc. Journalist was, by his natural instinct, just peddling conspiracy theory to get more views for his video.

But other stuff he found out was very good.

For those in Canada — Urgent !

Sign the petition against Bill C-63 — I've already signed.
This legislation proposes harsh penalties for those exercising freedom of expression deemed "harmful" by the Government.

This legislation proposes harsh penalties for those exercising freedom of expression deemed harmful by the Canadian Government. The obvious stuff that is actually harmful is already covered under existing law, and is being used here as a smokescreen for the so-called hate speech provisions.

For example, Prime Minister Trudeau deemed the Freedom Convoy to be made up racists and misogynists, when what they were really doing is protesting vax mandates. So had this new legislation been in effect at the time, any support for the Freedom Convoy could have been deemed "hate speech" and resulted in numerous fines and even jail time. It needs to be stopped !

One thing I don't understand is how this can go on without any pushback. Don't media and journalists have vested interest in freedom of speech, or do they volunteer to be censored?
The primary "vested interest" that journalists and the MSM have is in keeping their sponsors happy, who happen to be managed by the same groups that operate various industries e.g. big pharma and the military industrial complex, which are in turn linked to lobbying and the funding of political campaigns. This collusion results in heavy bias within the media. Perhaps start by exploring The Trusted News Initiative.

Isn't Easter a religious holiday?...

Religious-themed designs banned from White House Easter egg art contest

Children of the National Guard are prohibited from submitting religious Easter egg designs for the 2024 "Celebrating National Guard Families" art event at the White House.

The art contest is part of the White House’s Easter traditions, which include the annual Easter Egg Roll. The flyer for the contest states that an Easter egg design submission "must not include any questionable content, religious symbols, overtly religious themes, or partisan political statements."

"As part of the White House Easter traditions, America’s Egg Farmers – for nearly 50 years – have proudly presented an intricately decorated Commemorative Easter Egg to the First Lady of the United States. In 2021, the White House expanded on this longstanding tradition by displaying youth-designed Easter eggs in the White House East Colonnade," the flyer explains.

"On behalf of First Lady Jill Biden, The Adjutants General of the National Guard are asking youth from National Guard families across the United States and all U.S. territories to submit artwork inspired by the theme ‘Celebrating our Military Families,’" the flyer continues.

Children are asked to design eggs with images based on their own lives. "Selected designs representing the unique experience and stories of National Guard children will be brought to life on real hen eggs by talented egg artists from across the country and displayed at the White House this Easter and Passover season," the flyer says.

Children also can't promote material that promotes "bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age" in their designs.

Chaos as police and local mayor try to shut down right-wing conference in Brussels where Nigel Farage and Suella Braverman are giving speeches - as ex-UKIP leader lashes out at 'monstrous' efforts to silence speakers

Police today barricaded the entrance to a right-wing political conference as a local mayor tried to shut down the event attended by Nigel Farage and Suella Braverman. The two-day 'National Conservatism' gathering in Brussels descended into chaos as authorities attempted to enforce a ban. As well as Mr Farage, the ex-UKIP leader, and Mrs Braverman, the former home secretary, other keynote speakers were due to include Hungarian PM Viktor Orban. But the future of the conference was thrown into jeopardy following an order issued by Emir Kir, the mayor of Brussels district Saint-Josse-ten-Noode. He said he was banning the event from taking place in the Belgian capital 'to guarantee public safety'. 'In Etterbeek, in Brussels City and in Saint-Josse, the far-right is not welcome,' Mr Kir added.

Police were seen inside the 'Claridge' venue around midday - as Mr Farage took to the stage to deliver a speech - and officers held talks with conference organisers. It was reported that attendees had been given 15 minutes to leave the venue. But officers did not appear to force the event to shut down and speeches continued. Event organisers later claimed that police were 'not letting anyone in' and posted a video on social media of a police barricade outside the venue. Eric Zemmour, the controversial former French presidential candidate, was said to have been denied entry with his keynote address postponed 'possibly indefinitely'. In his address to the conference, Mr Farage lashed out at the 'monstrous' efforts to shut down the gathering on its first morning. He warned: 'We are up against a new form of communism.' Mrs Braverman attacked the 'thought police' who were trying to close the event.

Democracy in action.

This started because X and other platforms are showing video of the Sydney church stabbings which are being considered acts of terrorism. Australia wants them removed.

Remember the video of people choosing to jump to their deaths out of the burning trade towers? It took a while for them to go away and that's what this situation reminds me of.

I have no idea how the hell to reconcile any of that but tend to sympathize with Australia's sentiment if not their legal action.
