BURLINGTON, Ky. — A Kentucky resident claims he saw a reptilian humanoid. The man, who says he saw the entity twice, explains he was sitting in his dining room when the first creature showed up.

“It was dark outside. I had an extremely strong feeling to look outside. When I looked out the window, I saw a dark and slim figure standing about 10 feet away from the house,” he said.

The eyewitness says the being then looked at him with his “piercing red eyes”.

“They looked like they were glowing.”

The second time he reportedly saw it, he was able to notice more of its physical details.

“I was driving home from work, it was around 10 p.m.. I turned onto my street when I saw it walking by.”

The man then claims he pulled over and was able to watch a “dark green, scaly” creature with “big red eyes”. The being, he says, then ran in front of his car and quickly disappeared into the woods.

Are there anymore details to this account or is this all there is?

It sounds interesting. Does he get really technical in his explanations? I have difficulty following stuff that gets really deep into physics.
No..he tries to avoid the hard physics......he speculates on origins of the enigma based on the available data...which is mostly verbal and some trace findings. His ideas are very interesting but he keeps in a rational mode even though he does entertain some outside the box ideas.
IMHO no one knows more about the enigma than him....he's been there from the early days in the mid 60's...and has spent a lot of time looking into historical data on ufos and similar phenomena.

....there are some good links toward the bottom of the article.....Dr Vallee would be the first to say that his ideas are also speculative but he keeps an open mind to all possibilities and approaches it within science and rational thought.

Fratty and out of touch.
I'll have to get his book. I've only done some periphery reading of Vallee so I don't know that much about him.

The Native Americans have a long tradition of beliefs in reptile and ant people who live beneath the earth, particularly in the Southwest. I think it is interesting that people still report seeing these creatures today although these legends are not nearly as well known as UFOs and aliens.

Von Daniken isn't even in the same league as Dr Vallee. Vallee is an astrophysicist, astronomer, and computer expert who worked with Dr Hynek and many others and Von Daniken is a book writer who used to work in some retail field who decided to get into the ancient astronaut meme. It's like comparing a PhD to a high school kid.

I recall reading a book about Native American Indian (several tribes have beliefs about gods from the heavens) beliefs regarding sky people.....they are indeed interesting.
Some of the tales are truly bizarre.....but I would be cautious about equating them with actual space aliens.....they might be two different things.
