a few others have verified it.
implementation is the hard part here.
the part about the isolated voltages is a big deal, I have seen the lack of it it in many failed attempts to reproduce something

I think this idea might be the solution to the implementation of the idea in the post abouve
FREEL TECH - The Vacuum Capacitor
you can get huge isolated charges in a very small space.
and if nothing else, it looks like they might replace lithium batteries.
