Maybe with old fashioned parachutes that is quite true.
Fair enough. They were old fashioned parachutes I used.
I also have a problem believing it was sky divers because of the contrail. No sky diver in his right mind would agree to be lit on fire and then jump. It's too dangerous. You could hit a turbulence pocket or even the occasional updraft cannot be predicted. Which would blow the fire in your face and or up your ass. They could not have just been lit up with ordinary lights because the contrail is enormous, as well as continuous all the way down.
Even if they wore protective gear, they would still be hurting from all that heat. It was too long for them to stay on fire and be safe. How would they safely navigate like that? It's too crazy. And even if they were the dare devil type. Who would sanction such a dangerous stunt just for sports? I don't think The city of Utah would allow it.
