hear me out, This was longer than I intended for it to be. I apologize for that, Still, You are fundamentally here because you don't mind reading, Right?
What if aliens have been here for hundreds of thousands of years? What if they engineered us? What if they brought us here? Before we start, These expressions are philosophical. I'm not looking to debate if these events transpired, I want to debate the Philosophical lines drawn in the sand at what point we consider something alien. If some species of being just landed in their craft and said the old cliched line, "Take me to your leader" We could pretty comfortably say, 'Those guys are alien' But, for the sake of context, Lets say those aliens had been here on earth longer than you had, For that matter, longer than your grandfathers, grandfathers, Grandfather had, At what point do we stop calling it an alien? I mean, if it's been here longer than we have, Longer than possibly civilization has, Heck if it had a literal input to our development, "Philosophically" How alien is it at that point?
We tend to be very blunt and inarticulate with the way we categorize information. An example would be, Commonly, people misuse and abuse the word "Alien" By textbook definition
